This is your authentic IGA small town experience. Here you will find very friendly staff. The food selection is interesting there are a lot more local brands here versus big national brands. The store is clean but it has that old time feeling in it. It is not the sanitized whole foods leveled boring or the above average mediocrity of giant eagle back home. I enjoyed this trip here when visiting Mohican wilderness. I have NOT been in there early enough for the doughnuts but based on other reviews I will try them tomorrow and update the review. Why 4 stars? We came on a weekend and the prepared food section was I feel a missed opportunity. There was very little to be had. THAT is really what we have come to expect from small town IGA style stores. So we got staples here and went to East of Chicago which was an amazing pizza. read more

It is a very basic grocery store but you don't have a lot of choices in town. If you don't expect much you won't be disappointed.

Always have great sales . If you're lucky enough to get a donut they're amazing , but I think they go fast ! Convenient if you don't want to travel to a super store . read more

This IGA is the local grocery store for all of Loudonville. Having been here multiple times, I can say that there are goods and bads to the store. Good- the bakery! PHENOMENAL donuts! They are very creative with their donuts as well, and they are very well made. Another good is the service. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Another would be variety. They have everything you need. It is a combination grocery store and general store. Bad- the meat. Most of their pre-made burger patties looked very freezer burned, and some were discolored. We ended up getting some NY Strips, and they were VERY fatty, and the meat quality itself was very low. Overall it's the best option in the area for food and other items. I would however buy your meat directly from a butcher in the area, rather than this grocery store. read more

More than just the staples. Lot of great selections. Clean place. Check for the local chips. My personal favorite is the corn chips. Everyone I give them to love them. The freshly made, hot food and bakery are worth trying, too. read more

Pretty much your only choice in shopping for groceries in the area. Prices are okay, beats driving to Mansfield or Mt Vernon. On a side note they have a liquor store in the back of the store. read more

Great local business with great service. They have a decent selection, and any worker is willing to help you find whatever you need - with a smile on their face! They also have a hot deli that serves lunches from 11-2 which are amazing. I recommend this store. read more

I originally started off emailing with Kate, but Bre later took over, and indulged my numerous emails and edits on the invitations. We received the envelopes, invitations, and RSVP info cards today and everything was perfect. The care with which everything was wrapped was impressive, too - in tissue paper and also wrapped with twine. We ordered 110 of each and they gave us 115 invitations and RSVP info cards, too, which was really nice - my contact had said that might happen but doesn't always. I told my fiance today that my Gmail thread with Bre literally had 68 emails back and forth - it was great I got to work one-on-one with them, and our wedding invites are pretty cool looking, IMHO. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for placecards for the wedding or anything else, like Xmas cards, too. Overall, really great experience with this company.

The golfballs are great - they were packaged in individual plastic cases, with a festive bow tied on each dozen balls. The requested team logos - Carolina Panthers & Miami Dolphins look great! Original Review: Placed an Order on Dec 8, 2020 for 3 dozen, custom golf balls for some buddies for Christmas. Received the Order Confirmation / Invoice Confirmation a few days after, with no Shipping Information included. Tried calling their Support line a few days later to check in on the Status - No Answer for the first few attempts. Left a few voicemails. No Return calls for a week, and didn't want to press, assuming they were busy with the holiday season. Tried to get in touch a week later. No one picked up after multiple attempts. Someone eventually picked up, and immediately hung up - which increased the aggravation. Kept hammering the lines until Tim answered. Tim took my name down and said he'd call me back with an update. He eventually called me back and said my order was shipped, but provided no tracking information or shipping confirmation. Tim did mention that shipping times were backed up due to the holiday season and that given the timing of placing my order, it would be cutting it close. But he did estimate that it should be delivered by Friday, 12/18. (Spoiler, still hasn't been delivered). I've called their support line post-holidays multiple times - and left several voicemails with multiple individuals listed in their automated phone tree - with no luck or call backs. I will continue to reach out for status updates or at this point a refund request. Very disappointed in the experience thus far.

They even had a gluten free cone available. Their coffee was very smooth and not bitter and cheaper than a chain store while being way better. The decor was super charming, with taxidermy and antiques that made the space feel really unique. They also sell cute merch like sweatshirts and totes, plus ice cream cakes and their prepackaged coffee and matcha. They had bagels, muffins, and other baked goods for sale too. The shop was also very clean. The employee was busy mopping and tidying while I was there, and it definitely showed with how clean it was.

Great stop in Loudonville and be sure to check out some of the local shops while you are here.
