I visited on Sunday June 29 '25 and saw (and smelled) the most disgusting produce I've ever seen. Rotten avocados stunk up the entire section. Watermelon that were rotten and busted. Dry, moldy, corn on the cob. Bags of salad that were watery and brown. This is a management problem, not just a produce dept. problem. I tried to find a way to do this privately, but they made it impossible. Maybe this is for the best. Maybe there will be an improvement in customer service.

Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast.
