They have a seafood dept that has a variety to choose from, mostly known for their boiled shrimp and crawfish~Cajun style. We like the seafood dips they have, especially the smoked tuna a dip. They have the best key lime pie in town. So, I usually have one of those in my freezer. Oh, they have a big area for alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. You name it, Rouse's probably has it. Rouse's is more convenient to the beach than other grocery stores, but it may be a little pricier. You have to weigh the pros and the cons, like all other places. I have been ordering it on Amazon for a ridiculous price. I got two. One for Pensacola and one to bring back with me to Panama. Now I don't have to drive all the way to New Orleans to get great Cajun and Creole faves. I'm also pretty excited about the hot bar. Seafood Friday 999 a pound and the only day they serve seafood gumbo. I'm sure the chicken gumbo is great but there's nothing like seafood gumbo. What's even greater is the customer Service at Rouses! All of the workers are superduper, friendly, and helpful. My son got fresh made popcorn and cotton candy.
