I would bring up my daughter and was offered zero help with what those problems were. She asked me to make a chart of my daily moods before bed each night as an "assignment" for me to work on and discuss in the next meeting however on the next meeting, she never showed up. I haven't heard anything from her. I feel like I was ghosted by this therapist. What a terrible experience. I do not recommend anyone seeing her.

She may have been correct, but that doesn't strike me as something a therapist should say to her clients. Not only did she say something that eliminated any hope we had that things could be worked out (hence going to marriage counseling to begin with). She validated anything my wife said without letting me get a word in edgewise. In fact, she talked almost only to my wife for the entirety of both of our sessions. The office was pretty nice. I guess that's worth a star, but I can honestly say that Robin caused more harm than good. Maybe she's okay to give therapy to a single person, but she sure is terrible with couples. I wonder if I can have my divorce attorney send her the bill.

I was the only person in the Restorative Yoga class, but the instructor was very sweet and even gave me some stretches and things to try outside of class on my own since my lower back had been bothering me.
