I was the only person in the Restorative Yoga class, but the instructor was very sweet and even gave me some stretches and things to try outside of class on my own since my lower back had been bothering me. I love that they also incorporate meditation into their practice. It was just what I needed to start my day. Oh they also have massage too!

One of the ladies in the front office butts into conversations very rudely. The first time I went in, a therapist was openly complaining about a patient. So unprofessional. I only keep going back because of my therapist, but I will no longer. If you have to cancel last minute, they will still charge you for your visit. They seem so money hungry and not actually there for their clients.

Throughout my few months with Robin, she was never on time, if she would show up at all to the zoom meeting. The only thing she wanted to talk about was my mood/anxiety, however I have that well under control and was never my focus or reason for contacting them. I would bring up my daughter and was offered zero help with what those problems were. She asked me to make a chart of my daily moods before bed each night as an "assignment" for me to work on and discuss in the next meeting however on the next meeting, she never showed up. I haven't heard anything from her. I feel like I was ghosted by this therapist. What a terrible experience. I do not recommend anyone seeing her.

She may have been correct, but that doesn't strike me as something a therapist should say to her clients. Not only did she say something that eliminated any hope we had that things could be worked out (hence going to marriage counseling to begin with). She validated anything my wife said without letting me get a word in edgewise. In fact, she talked almost only to my wife for the entirety of both of our sessions. The office was pretty nice. I guess that's worth a star, but I can honestly say that Robin caused more harm than good. Maybe she's okay to give therapy to a single person, but she sure is terrible with couples. I wonder if I can have my divorce attorney send her the bill.

The facility he that I saw were beautiful, and I know they do great work in the community. I also think it is wonderful that they have events like this That seem like they would be aligned with their mission, and to bring awareness to the organization and what they are doing. Throughout my life I have searched for a therapist who I could connect with and trust. That is down to earth and attentive. Understanding that sometimes our sessions will be super productive, through brainspotting and other methods to help with processing, and other times giving me a space to talk. It wasn't until my doula recommended that I see Leslie to work through my postpartum depression and anxiety that I truly found a therapist I connected with. She helped me adjust to motherhood, connect with my child and husband. Made me realize that I am a wonderful and worthy person. She goes above and beyond to connect with me between sessions to check in. Along with being there if I need an extra session or just a few minutes to help me process something. Even with the occasional technology issues, it is easy to schedule with and she is willing to schedule when it fits best within my schedule. In all honesty this review does not even touch the surface of how much of an impact she has made on my life. I am beyond grateful for having such a wonderful therapist in my life.
