(my son is a electrician) Expects all money or more than 75% before half way done only to walk out on project taking cabinets you paid the difference for delivered to his own address so he can return them & leave you high and dry when he plans a argument, cussing you and his worker out when confronted about the fraud plumbing job. His contract isn't a contract just the beginning mark up on what he can steal from you. He has two others women suing him (look it up) & is a felon & thief. He doesn't work well with others & is a master con artist and double charges ya by making his descriptions so you don't understand the details. States he has been in business 33yrs but if you look up his business it's only 7yrs old. Do NOT hire or trust this man. He will take all your money & start but not finish a single job. His one worker will be the only person showing up & then you get to hear him cuss, belittle & demean him daily. It was awful & it's no wonder he doesn't have workers. He is the worst & is highly rated on BBB but if you ask me it has to be all fake when he has a rap sheet with ppl suing him & doing unlicensed work like he does. This company was contracted by Liberty Home Guard to fix my furnace. The owner came out and…read morereplaced a part and then tried to sell my daughter a service contract. Needless to say, the furnace was not fixed and so she called them back and was told he would be out the next day, Saturday, and see what was wrong. Long story short, that evening he told her he was too wrapped up in a house wiring project and wouldn't be able to make it. It was in the lower 50's at the time and expected to drop below freezing. At present, I have no confidence this person will fix the problem and have lodged a complaint with Liberty Home Guard about contracting with this person ever again.

They took about 2 1/2 hours and the main guy was on the phone the whole time! I made the mistake of not watching them, and when they were done, he said it was all done and I wrote him a check. He said he would send my receipt to my email. Well the next day, I ran a load of laundry and there was water on the floor, just like before. Also, it's now been 1 & 1/2 weeks later and he still won't come back and fix the washer. he hasn't sent me a receipt either. I have been hounding him by phone messages and texts, and have only talked to him twice. He makes statements claiming he'll get right back to me with a date and time, but then blows me off! I don't think it's fair to keep on starting new jobs, when you haven't finished the one you said you fixed!!! I have now been without my washer for 3 &1/2 weeks and if he has so many jobs he can't keep up, then maybe he shouldn't take on so many! I mean... is it to much to ask to get what you pay for? From a very unhappy customer!
