Gringo offers chicken and ribs with sides, and other tex-mex dishes (burrito, taco, quesadillas etc). I would highly recommend their Southern Spice chicken (or original for non-spicy option) with sides.
I like how they have healthy options for the side dishes. I always get mashed camote (sweet potato) and garlic mushroom. For the regular sides, I like mashed potato, buttered corn and fried saba (banana).
You can also ask for a refill of the sauces that come with the chicken (garlic and spicy).
Their baby back ribs are quite a splurge, but the ribs are cooked well :) I also get their house blend iced tea which is a great complement to their dishes. The pitcher size is great for sharing. They also have alcoholic drinks like local and imported beer.
Compared to its competitors, Gringo has a great vibe that for me is always a plus. I will definitely come back to try other items in their menu :) read more
