Another great job by Miters Edge Home Solutions, LLC…read more We've used Matt on previous jobs and he always does a great job. This go around, he assisted us with a solution for some rotting wood that supports our central/interior AC unit. He built an additional support to reinforce the area that the ac unit sits on which saved us a ton of money as we didn't need an ac company to come out and remove the entire unit in order for the rotting wood to be replaced. He also replaced an old ceiling fan for us. Matt is always kind and professional and he does great work. Enjoyed working with him again.

If he does, its definitely worth the wait! #NickGetsItDone is a company that lives up to its name. I have used them for years both at home and in my company's offices and in all cases, I have been 110% satisfied. Nick has done interior and exterior (whole house) painting, fence repairs and gate replacement, replaced all exterior door hardware on our home, replaced exterior doors, sealed our paver driveway and more. Another project is scheduled soon. In addition to excellent quality work, Nick's customer satisfaction and clear communication are tops as well. I often find that before work begins, we have "task analysis" discussions... I share my goals and Nick contributes his years of expertise to define expected results and then, Nick Get's It Done! All of this at prices that I consider more than fair for Nick's quality work.

Nick found things we'd never have found, he was quick, thorough, and very quick to respond and get us our report. The Superintendent of the property met with him, and said Nick was very knowledgeable and professional. And, when I was freaking out at 8 pm about something we found wrong in the house, before we ever received Nick's report, I sent him an email to ask if he noticed the issue we found. He called me instead of just emailing or texting, and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me going over things. He is priced below others, and the quality is top-notch! I'll totally recommend him to anyone that asks for a Home Inspector.

Having recently moved to the area, we bought a home that desperately needed some updates…read more Thankfully, we searched on Yelp to find a reputable contractor to remove carpet and install tile for us. We were so happy to find KP Flooring. They were very responsive! We contacted 4 companies, got 3 bids and Kevin won our business solely on the fact that he was very communicative. We called and text him several times just with questions and he ALWAYS responded in a timely manner. He explained everything to us so we could understand and didn't make us feel like idiots for asking any questions. The most important thing to know about KP Flooring Is that they show up when they say they will, they do fantastic work & they communicate absolutely everything with you. Every process every procedure, you never don't know what is going on or what stage the work has been completed in. He always kept us in the loop and never left us hanging not knowing what was going on. He even fixed a couple of areas with older tile that needed some TLC. if I could give them 10 stars I would. They deserve it because they work hard and don't try to cut any corners to save time. He is a perfectionist and is not happy until he knows everything is just right. That means a lot to me because I know nothing about tile. I had a particular problem finding new tile that would transition and look OK with old tile and he gave me a lot of recommendations which really helped me in the end. Pictures are below and we could not be happier with his work. We will have more tile work for him in the near future, and there is no hesitation whatsoever on who we will call for this.
