I scheduled a date for the estimator, Todd, to come out. Todd was straight forward, honest and not pushy at all, which I appreciated, because I wasn't sure I would be able to afford gutters, based on a previous quote from another vendor. Todd measured, took photos and prepared a quote the same day. The price was $5,600 LESS than a previous quote. I asked how long it would take to be placed on the installation schedule, and he said about 2 weeks after my deposit was received. I made the deposit online the next day and had beautiful new seamless gutters ten days later! He matched the color of the gutters to be installed to what would best match our trim and gave an extremely reasonable estimate. He and his team were out in a matter of a week or so to get them installed. They were efficient and had them up in no time. There were downspouts placed on all four corners of the house. Unfortunately one of them was along our bedroom wall and it seemed quite noisy whenever it rained. We called Wallace and he gave a couple options and came back and moved it to a better location. It is raining for the first time tonight since having the downspout moved and we could not be more pleased. There is no leaking where it used to be and the new location is perfect.
