Promised to service my car fully then neglected to change the oil which has caused multiple issues since purchase and continue on to this day. 3. TPMS that was installed still giving me false readings. First noticed on my drive home from picking up the vehicle. 2. Used the cheapest brakes possible which squeak very loudly. 3. Promised to put on new tires but looking at my records the tires were not changed even though it is written here on my bill of sale which is a legal binding contract no matter the time period. 1 star since my sales person was actually nice. I called the salesman I bought it from & he transferred me to the service dept & I spoke to the manager. I was in Hamilton at the center mall & they are in Grimsby, he basically said, we close in 15 minutes, I said I haven't even gone 1500 kms yet & now it wont start. He said, what do you want me to do, you can have it towed here if you want. I asked if they had a tow truck & the manager stated I would have to get it towed at my own expense & they couldn't look at it till Monday. He gave me a number for a tow company & they said I had a 3 hr wait & the tow truck would have to come from St Kits plus I would have to pay the for the tow & the mileage...I was upset as it appeared they didn't really care & they wouldn't do anything to help me ... It seems that all they cared about was getting my money ... I would NOT recommend anyone buying anything from WILLS Chevrolet Buick GMC. I had to get it towed to another repair shop & it turned out to be the starter, which cost me $538.00 plus 80 dollars for the tow. I was not impressed. Drove the hour there to be told the engine had blown up while they "were moving it" while I was driving the hour in traffic to get there.... then I was offered an "upsell". I'll now stay away from wills and gmc... and give the mom and pop shops another go. Will be interesting to see how long it's still listed for sale.
