That's when I hired the Law Offices of Daniel J. Marco, PLLC. From December 2024 through June 2026, Dan and his paralegal, Stephen, represented me through what became a highly complex personal injury case that ultimately resulted in a significantly large settlement. Despite being a very small operation with just the two of them handling the entire matter, I never once felt like I was overlooked or that my case was "just another file." They treated everything with seriousness, care, and an extraordinary level of dedication. They managed every aspect of the case with exceptional skill, organization, and persistence from start to finish. This was not a simple process. It involved extensive medical documentation, review by a top orthopedic expert, coordination with hospital billing departments, negotiations with my insurance carrier and their third-party administrator, and communication with the condominium association's insurance representatives. Each step required careful attention, strategic follow-up, and a deep understanding of both medical and insurance systems. This accident happened during a visit to the US while I'm living in Germany, so all of our communication was handled electronically. What impressed me most was their consistency and dedication over a long and often difficult 16-month process. Communication was always clear, timely, and professional. Even during the most complicated or frustrating moments--often caused by outside parties--they remained patient, proactive, and reassuring. I always felt informed and confident that my case was being handled properly. More than anything, they gave me stability during one of the hardest periods of my life. Their dedication and expertise were instrumental in achieving an outstanding result, but just as importantly, they carried me through the process with genuine care and unwavering commitment. I am deeply grateful for everything Dan and Stephen did for me. To say they exceeded my expectations isn't enough. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and Dan and Stephen to anyone in need of strong, compassionate, experienced, and highly capable representation in a personal injury case.

Marco, PLLC turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. I contacted the firm via MetLife Legal. What immediately stood out was how wholesome and thorough their approach was. Dan and his team -- especially his incredibly dedicated paralegal, Steve -- didn't just react; they were always ahead of the process, keeping every stakeholder informed and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. Steve's hard work and attention to detail behind the scenes were evident every step of the way, and his contributions made a real difference in how smoothly everything moved forward. Their communication was exceptional, and I always knew exactly where things stood. They set realistic expectations from the start, which made the entire journey far less stressful than I anticipated. Most importantly, Dan and Steve fought hard for me -- and it showed. Thanks to their dedication and strategic approach, I was able to secure a considerable settlement for which I'm truly grateful. What also speaks volumes about Dan's character is that he is the author of "Everywhere Nowhere: No One Really Dies As Long As You're Alive" -- a fascinating read that gives you a deeper sense of the thoughtfulness and humanity he brings not just to his writing, but to every client he represents. If you're looking for an attorney who is communicative, strategic, compassionate, and relentlessly dedicated to your best outcome, Dan Marco and his outstanding team -- Steve included -- are the ones to call. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My husband and I were in a car accident on July 31, 2026 and I really wanted to go with this law…read morefirm because I really liked the way they portrayed their firm on their advertisements on tv but looks can be deceiving. As their ad states "Do your research." I spent 30 minutes speaking with the intake representative about the accident. She then connected us with an attorney. He informed us that I had a strong case with liability, but my husband didn't, despite being the driver and sustaining a more severe injury. The attorney also mentioned that there wasn't much of a case because no one sought medical attention, there was no blood, and no broken bones were reported. It's sad to think that these are the criteria used to decide whether a case will be taken or not. The attorney said it seems like a road rage incident because my husband honked his horn at the other driver, and we rear-ended him because he braked suddenly. At no time was this a road rage incident. My husband used the horn solely as a warning to alert the other driver that we were already traveling in that lane after the driver unexpectedly entered our path. The horn was intended as a defensive measure to help prevent a collision, not as an act of aggression. My husband wasn't even cited for anything! It appeared to me that the attorney failed to comprehend the details of the accident we were explaining. It sounded like the attorney advised against using your horn and simply letting someone hit you. This didn't make sense to me, so we decided to seek advice from another well-known firm that disagreed with this approach. Furthermore, the attorney was displeased that my husband was arguing with him and persistently insisted to the attorney that it wasn't a road rage incident. However, the attorney refused to listen and it was frustrating my husband. The attorney claimed that he wouldn't tolerate someone screaming at him, but my husband was in another room and was speaking loudly, which was definitely not screaming at this attorney. I was deeply disappointed that this attorney refused to gather all the facts and genuinely listen to a potential client. This experience with this law firm taught me a lesson "listen to your gut and stick to your truth."

He said we have a no-brainer justification to retain the security deposit, however, once the tenant responded with a strong and threatening letter, the approach changed significantly. Instead of guiding us through a clear strategy, the communication became reactive and somewhat discouraging. During a phone call, he expressed frustration about the direction of the case and questioned decisions that had previously been discussed, such as raising certain damages. What concerned me most was the lack of consistent advocacy. The tenant appeared to self-advocate more effectively than our legal representation. There was little meaningful negotiation achieved on our behalf, and the matter ultimately resulted in us returning the full $2,500 security deposit, despite initially being advised otherwise. We paid $1,500 in legal fees but saw no value in terms of negotiation or outcome. While Attorney Richard Elley seems knowledgeable about landlord-tenant law, the level of advocacy fell short of expectations, and the tenant appeared to advocate their position more effectively than our legal representation.

I called several law offices in the Phoenix area who offered real estate expertise but most of them were a week out or just plain not available. I was starting to think I was going to be dealing with this issue on my own and with no real legal guidance. It was then that I happened upon the Elley Law website and decided to give them a call. Imagine my surprise when the man himself answered and listened to my situation - occasionally asking questions to clarify but always listening. After it was all said and done, he advised me that at this stage I didn't really need legal representation and that I could handle the issue much more easily on my own - avoiding court and legal issues altogether. Turns out he was exactly right about what he suggested and the situation has now been resolved. He didn't try to coerce me into hiring him or paying for things I didn't need, he didn't try to steer me towards the easiest path for him to get off the phone - he listened and gave me real, honest advice. I should also mention he did this without asking for a single penny in compensation and on a late Friday afternoon. I hope that I never need legal representation in the future but when\if I do - Elley Law will be my first call, don't hesitate for them to be yours as well!
