I really cannot say enough about this place. Alfredo is a complete master at his craft. Please read to the end! Let me start off by stating that he does usually one car a day and my wife and I will schedule out a couple weeks in advance - which only speaks to his work ethic. He is the complete family man as he works out of his garage to perfect your car and spend time with his beautiful family You can tell just by talking to him that he loves his work. I, myself, can spend 8 hours on my car and it comes out looking cleaner than it did. However, I am in no way a professional. I do not have the skills or ability to make my car look like Alfredo makes my car look. Years ago I used to have the monthly subscription to mister car wash and would take my cars almost every other day to the car was on Eubank and Lomas - the Breaking Bad Car Wash. Then after that I took them to a different private detailer that would charge around $400 for a detailed job on my car and I thought he was doing pretty well. I would go to him about once every other month. My wife thought that was too expensive... So after she looked around at different businesses in the greater ABQ area she stumbled upon this place in downtown ABQ pretty much right next to anodyne - the pool hall. I brought my car there and he was trying to tell my wife all of this balogne about what he needed to do to clean my car - the total price was $695. I didn't let him touch my car and after a couple searches my wife finally found Alfredo. The first experience was phenomenal. I was out of town on a business trip and my wife took the car over. Alfredo first let her know when to expect the car to be done and then he drove her back to our house in his car so she didn't have to get an uber/lyft. He was punctual and after I got back and my wife literally wouldn't shut up about this guy I knew we had struck gold. His prices are more than reasonable and when I met him after he was washing our second car he was so excited to show us all the product he used on the car and how he did this and that and how gross the water was that he sucked out of the car after he steam cleaned the entire car. I think his wife was probably wanting him to come inside but we stayed and talked to him for an hour or so after his detail job and I was so impressed. We have 5 Golden Retrievers that we take with us everywhere - so when I say there is hair in the car... there is a ton of hair. My man Alfredo didn't leave one hair. Well to be exactly correct - my wife and I got home and I jokingly saw one of her hairs on the seat and was like man Alfredo missed a spot. Literally one hair and it was my wifes. There was no hair from any of our dogs. Now we have moved to Arizona and are planning a trip in mid August of this year with one of the stops hopefully being Alfredo's Grime2Shine home shop. He is quite literally an artist and found his calling with cars. It is amazing what he can do. Our cars come out looking like we got them from the dealership and are driving them away for the first time. I love this guy. Not just best in ABQ but possibly best in the Southwest/Midwest. read more

Alfredo was AWESOME!!!! We had him shampoo the cloth seats of one car and do a full detail on the other. He was able to get the cloth seats of one of our cars nearly spotless! They are very very light colored cloth and had some stains we thought were there forever. They look nearly brand new now and Alfredo went above and beyond to shampoo them multiple times with different products to ensure he got them as clean as possible. Our car that got the full detail looks brand new!!! Seriously, it looked like we were just driving it off the dealership lot for the first time. The car was filthy- the inside hadn't been cleaned in the 6 years we've had it other than vacuuming the carpets- and he managed to get every nook and cranny. It was also filled with dog, cat, and horse hair and he somehow managed to make it look like animals had never been in there! He also managed to get exploded soda stains off the headliner (that I had been told by the toyota dealership as well as many detailing places that it would never fully come out) and it looks like it never happened! Very happy with Alfredo's work. Definitely worth the money and his prices are lower than almost anyone else in Albuquerque. 10/10 would recommend, you won't be sorry! read more

I've been looking for someone that does car detailing on Yelp and I found this business on here. I saw and read some good reviews about this business so I made an appointment for a consultation just to see what my car needed. My car in the inside wasn't dirty but needed a little cleaning. Like my seats, seat belts, dust, deep shampoo carpet cleaning. The day I went for the consultation. Alfredo and I walked around my car inside and out just pointing out details and minor problems that I would like to get cleaned. I felt good on what he was planning on working in my car. Again my car isn't bad inside. I felt like this man knew what he was doing and he explained to me what he would be doing and I felt like I can trust the man with my car. The day I brought my car in he mentioned to me it will take about a day to work on it. Which to me was fine because he's just working on one car. I came by picked up my car the car looked nice on the outside. Looked in the inside he missed some areas in the inside but I can wipe it down but again I'm paying someone to detail my car. The reason why I'm giving the gentleman 3 stars is he made my car look good on the outside and in the inside but I noticed that my tint had chipped on all four of my windows. I have never seen those chip markings before hand. Tint isn't cheap so I was upset. I brought it to his attention he swore it wasn't him he basically said It's by me striking my window with my seatbelt I would never take off my seat belt to damage all four of my windows. I don't have kids. He didn't offer anything to resolve the issue. Im not the type to leave negative reviews but yelpers should know the truth. I had my high hopes when I left my car with him excited to see my car look brand new again but at the end it was disappointing. I took my beloved sports car here for a detailing and was AMAZED by the results. Alfredo did a fantastic job with an interior detail on our car that had transported a number of cats in our move from out of state. He was able to get all of the cat hair and other grime out of the car and was also able to get almost all of the encrusted salt on the floors and floor mats. He was able to get some very old spots on the seats completely cleared up. He also was very communicative and informative about the appointment, any expectations for cleaning, asked a lot of questions about any concerns we had or any areas of the car we wanted addressed and was genuinely concerned about making sure we were happy with his work.
