Our rental SUV had an unlimited wash membership sticker that allowed us to drive right up to the automatic wash with no hassle. Afterward, we simply pulled around to the side to use the powerful vacuum hoses and provided clean microfiber towels to wipe down any remaining dust or leftover water on the exterior. We were in & out of there in less than 15 minutes. If I lived in town, I'd definitely sign up for one of the unlimited packages and come through here any time my car wasn't sparkling.

I had parked under a tree at my daughters and had brown spots on my new Dodge Charger. I thought they were from sap so I decided to go get the car washed. When I arrived, a young man greeted me and sat down his lunch to come out and get me into the car wash. He scrubbed and scrubbed for about 10 minutes and then told me, "Sir, I can't get those spots off and I'm getting tired". I told him not to worry about it and gave him a tip for trying. He was very appreciative. The was did a great job. For those of you that are curious, the brown spots were not sap. I researched it on Google and found that it's called rail dust. Apparently, when the railroad cars go down the track, they make a fine dust of iron. If you are driving by and the wind is blowing toward you from the tracks, it gets on your car. The brown spots are iron dust that is rusting. I was running Hwy 287 from Dallas to Amarillo and the tracks were on the east side of 287. The wind was blowing west and it was light raining so I picked up some of the dust. Just so you know, if this happens to you, you are in for some work. I bought a kit for $22 that Meguiars sells that contains two small blocks of a special clay and a detail spray and worked for about 8 hours getting it off. Then I re-waxed the car and all is fine. Anyway, back to the car wash...it was worth the money and did a great job. However, it can't get rid of rail dust.

This place popped up as the, like, 25th search result, with just one lame review saying the credit card system didn't work, and a response from the owner saying there was an outage. Totally unhelpful, but I took the risk, followed the directions, found myself on a residential street and then suddenly, BAM, this random car wash appeared. It was great! Someone was there, doing maintenance. Generally clean, easy, exactly what I was looking for.

I finally decided that I was going to get it cleaned by a professional. They have a service, interior super clean, that focuses on vents, dust, sand, etc. It cost $48 but I needed it. The waiting area was nice. There are seats, a little convenient-store-like setup so I could buy snacks or air fresheners. No one inside greeted me but the guys outside were nice. At the end one even told me they have a shuttle service for detailing so that I don't wait in the future (I wish someone inside had said something like that). When I was shown my car there were some spots that still had sand remanence. Obvious spots. They cleaned that on the spot. I was happy! I thought they got all the sand out. However, three days later I hit a bump in the road and sand shot out of my vents. They said they used a shop-vacuum to get all the sand out, but it doesn't seem they went all the way. My car looked good for a few days. I went a few days without sand. The price was a little high. I wish I had been told I didn't have to sit and wait 45 minutes before hand, but they did the job.

The place is very nice inside, had wifi so I could work and very comfortable. The wifi was having an issue and Manny offered his personal hotspot on his phone until they quickly figured it out. They told me I could adjust the thermostat to my comfort, had coffee and water and overall just an awesome experience. Into the process of removing the scratches, they asked me to look at the vehicle so we had the same expectations, which I appreciated. The car came out great and they've earned a regular customer. I also noticed later this afternoon that they removed some left over tape residue from my temporary tag when I bought the car that I could not get off. The service I got did not include any interior service nor did I say anything about the tape but they noticed it with their eye for detail and you'd never know it was there. Thanks guys!

I called after 4:30 and he was able to get me in about an hour. He not only successfully removed the paint but took care of some unrelated issues. That said, I only did subscribe just for 1 month..mostly just to try it out. The thing I liked about them was that there had many branches and locations that you could bring your car in. But..the cons are just that locations vary quite a lot in terms of the quality of service. Plus, the other thing is, you'd still feel compelled to tip for each wash on top of the subscription that you already pay...so over the long haul..the fact that you would try to go in very often to make the most use of your subscription along with more money spent on subscription/tip...didn't really make it as worth it for me. You experiences may vary. They washes were ok. They helped make my car look a little better..but it's not like very shiny out of the wash either.
