The previous owner Adrian had a personality. The new owners have none. Since writing this review, I mentioned my concerns to a doctor friend, and he said he had a similar experience. He saw them wiping their gloved hands over their clothing and then putting their hands back in assorted food trays. He won't go back there either.

Roasted Lilydale chicken, which was well seasoned with a beautiful flavor, a small choice of salads and roasted vegetables, and the usual offenders like chicken wings, schnitzels, desserts/drinks etc but with a few surprises, like polpette which are quite uncommon, the latter my meal when I next visit. The Margherita and Siciliano pizzas I ordered were commended by my children. They weren't paper thin, like a recent trend where the pizza is just too thin to hold anything, but still quite thin & well formed, not oily and base well cooked, with tasty ingredients. Normally you go to a restaurant and you might see one or two people just standing around, polishing a spoon or something, but here everyone was on the go. Pizzas were both very good, fresh ingredients, chunky cuts of ham and seafood. The base on both were crunchy and firm. I felt the cheese on the pizza was a little over cooked, so I'm not sure if that's to everyone's preference. Parking is a pain, I parked ducked in got my order in a matter of minutes, came out and realised I was in a no parking place. There were no other spots to park so the sooner they start delivery the better. I'll go back and try them again, especially for 1 of the burgers, but probably after the start delivery.

I loved their chili paste that they served with the table bread and asked our waiter if I can purchase it. Turns out they have a factory a couple miles away from the restaurant.
