I spoke to the receptionist, a week ago to book my appointment and asked if I could still do the 12pm Drop off time, especially now, since I have a baby and she said that was fine. Brooke called me this morning saying the latest she could take my dogs was 9am. I tried to explain to her the previous situation but said says "well whitney's not here anymore and you were told that we couldn't do a 12 PM drop-off time after she left." And I said "no I wasn't. I was told that a 12pm drop of time was still fine." I tried to call back and talk to someone else bc Brooke was so rude. and once they figured out who I was they hung up on me. I tried calling back again to speak to a manager and they said that I CALLED ONE OF THEIR GROOMERS A BITCH! That is SO not true at all!! I told Brooke, that I was gonna leave her a bad review. I travel pretty regularly for work, and I never have to wonder if my dog is happy, getting exercise, or well taken care of. The entire team is friendly and genuine. My dog, who is sometimes shy with people, loves every single person who works there- and I KNOW that they adore him. Dropping him off feels almost like leaving him with family members. They greet him by name, ask how his health has been, and never cease to provide me with the reassurance that he's going to have an amazing time whether he's there for a day or a week. I live in Nashville, but I don't ever think twice about driving the hour round trip because I know he'll be in the best possible hands. The wonderful care also comes with an affordable price tag, and I would recommend this location to anyone.
