However, today I was made to feel different from everyone else. In my 40+ years of life I have never felt like this. I understand if you're busy and not having a good day, that's fine. But when a customer comes in and asks if they could grab one of the tables outside, treat them as customers. That's all I ask. Instead, I'm greeted with a questionable look, cut-eye and a curt "You can if you want. I'll be with you when I can." Ok. Fine. I take a seat with my family outside and we patiently wait. Over 20 minutes pass and we see customers come and go. Kids are hungry. Husband enters to see if we could get takeout instead. He comes out and just quickly says, "We're leaving."
