The two lovely ladies at the front desk were calm, collected, welcoming, and professional. The wait was not too bad. They were able to get everyone in and out within an hour and a half. There was roughly 7 or 8 people who had come in and gone since my visit. I required an EKG and chest X-ray. The young lady who first visited me was professional and reassured me along the whole process. Despite having to undress, she made me feel comfortable, which to me is a big deal! The doctor was wonderful! I wish I had caught her name. She was very detailed in her check up. She was attentive and gentle, she asked many questions, even about preexisting injury's or health concerns to ensure all the information was accurate. If there's one thing I've learned is that back pain is very specific and not a one-size-fits-all solution. Dr. Prusinski was extremely caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. I greatly appreciated his measured approach to dealing with my issues. It took multiple visits and increasing levels of treatments but in the end he changed my life.
