Another fantastic visit with Dr. Griffin and Team 2 weeks ago has reminded me why she is the VERY BEST and worth any wait or fee. Dr. Griffin is that rare blend in a specialist of being extremely skilled and professional, yet down-to-earth and kind. I won't let life get in the way of making more timely appointments in the future. I see Dr. Griffin both for dermatological medical reasons and aesthetics, and I know there is no one better! read more

After being with Dr. Griffin for many years, I am so relieved to read the other reviews of her unprofessional, cold and unpleasant office staff. The wait for a full body exam is now FIVE months. My past full body exams take no more than 15-20 min. I had a severe leg laceration which I was caring for on my own and was hopeful that Dr. Griffin could get me in within at least a week -- three weeks. The office staff offered no options to be out on a waiting or list or even seeing if Dr. Griffin could just take a look at the wound given I had been a devoted patient. But, nope!! I guess I do need to look elsewhere. read more

Been going to this doctor for a few years however the late cancellation policy is ridiculous. There is no proof of scheduling appointments as they do not have you "confirm" anything, they supposedly leave you a voicemail that gets sent to spam, then try to charge you $200 for a late cancellation. This being the first incident you call to reschedule or have the exorbitant fee waived and they tell you she agreed to waive it to $100. Will not be coming back to this office or this provider ever again. Never signed a waiver for a $200 cancellation fee or is there proof that the appointment was ever scheduled. Also the billing office is a MESS if you ever want to get anything done, had to call 5 times to get a breakdown of a previous bill for insurance. read more

I've been seeing Dermatologist Molly Griffin for 10+ years, longer than any doctor I've seen. Annual full body checks, removal and biopsy of problematic lesions, management of skin conditions, managing hair loss, etc. She's a fantastic clinician. Pleasant, efficient, jovial, cerebral, engaged, up to date....based on long-standing experience with her as my clinical dermatologist not solely focused on aesthetics (although she's an expert in this area too when I inquire, and I do). In response to reviews about her team: I've never had a bad experience with any of her team members. So many people are jerks to the support team in medical offices, getting angry about insurnace or scheduling when it's out of the team's control or when patients want things to happen last minute when they've failed to plan ahead. I've had different insurance plans over the years, some with better coverage than others and some with no coverage where I've paid out of pocket (worth every penny), and they always work with me in a fair and reasonable way. It's hard to find good doctors. Dr. Griffin is one of them. It's a privilege to have her as my Derm. read more

Dr Griffin does not take my insurance. I knew that when I made my appointment yesterday, but I did not expect to have to pay $365 for approximately 8 minutes of her time and 2 squirts of liquid nitrogen to my nose. A procedure that does not require any expertise. I feel abused and will not be returning. read more

We love Dr Griffin. Matter of fact, kind, knowledgeable, and always on time. She takes our insurance but it never feels like you're being squeezed in or rushed like it does with other Drs who take insurance. She also doesn't push aesthetic treatments like other dermatologists that I've seen. She just addresses whatever you go in for. I started seeing her, then my daughter, then my husband. She now sees our whole family. read more

Dr Griffin is just an avg dermatologist but the office staff is unprofessional and inefficient, often displaying a poor attitude and making it seem like they're doing you a favor by booking an appointment. They have also lied to the doctor about their interactions with patients (confirmed), which is extremely concerning. Additionally, there are significant billing errors that make the experience even more frustrating. read more

I recently saw Dr. Griffin as a new patient, she was so kind and answered all my questions. Her new staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they made me feel comfortable right away. I absolutely recommend her if anyone is looking for a dermatologist! She's honest and extremely educated. Her availability is a bit of a wait but definitely worth it! :) read more

From our youngest daughters visit in Drs earliest practice days, to 4 more of our family seeing Dr Griffin ages infant thru senior citizens, we can say accomplished, astute, practical, knowledgeable, skilled, plesant anx a joy to work with. Thats almost 20 years of care to evaluate her skills, care and practice. She has assisted in diagnosing, treating and caring for simple skin conditions to radiation burns. read more

A wonderful, kind, intelligent, friendly doctor. I feel lucky to have found her after my previous derm retired.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Pleasant enough office, but no ability to recognize or deal with a serious skin condition.

I have just read a couple of reviews that strike out against the office staff, and a couple attacking Dr. Griffen and I'm a palled. This woman is fair, honest, exceptional in her role as a dermatologist and a very caring person. How anybody can say anything negative about her is beyond me. Simply the best. The kindest, compassionate, caring, thorough, personable and she loves dogs! My very favorite dermatologist ever! Love you Molly!! read more

This review is about her staff, but they still are the face of this business. which is supposed to care for people's well being. I had an issue that needed urgent attention. Without diplomatic concern the response I got is they don't have availability for 4 months. I said I can't wait that long and she said " yeah, well " as in that's what it is. How about, I'm so sorry to hear we have other Dr's we can refer you too. Which is exactly how I came to them in the first place by a referral from another Dr's office. That same Dr's office game me a couple other referrals and well one was are able to squeeze me in tomorrow! Go elsewhere if you care how you are treated. read more

My review is really about the staff than the Dr. The front office staff is more what you see at the bail bonds. Completely nasty and disrespectful! The receptionist never mentioned a fee for the office visit, I was only told about the Botox procedure cost, which I paid. Then 2 months later they call me for $225 office visit fee that I was never told about. I would completely avoid this place, unless you are looking to get ripped off! They'll lure you in with affordable procedures that you can get somewhere else, then tack on outrageous hidden fees! AVOID!!! read more

I have been going to Dr. Griffin for 10 years and have always appreciated her care. However, it has become increasingly difficult to get an appointment - 8 months to get a full body check, they have moved away from Aetna which when I asked why they said they never should have been in it to begin with - which makes no sense since I've had Aetna for 8 years going here so it's not as if they were just using it for a short period of time and the front office staff has gotten increasingly surly. People always complained on Yelp about Shannon but I found her helpful. I'm not sure if I caught someone on a bad day but I had to ask the current front office woman today if she was upset with me that's how uncomfortable our communication was. It seems as if Dr. Griffin or her staff is not really wanting to maintain her existing patients with these wait times, reduction of insurance, and increasing of cancellation fees which is just disappointing after coming here since 2011, as I have found Dr. Griffin herself a great dermatologist. read more

Been a longtime patient mostly because I was too lazy to find another doctor and thought a meh one was better then none. Over the last 5 years, Dr G seemed more interested in running lab cultures then actually fixing the problem which at one point was a nasty skin infection picked up from a visit St. John's Emergency room-(another review) had to go to a specialist in order to get fixed up and I learned the cure was pretty basic! Strike 1- took 4 months of going back and forth and finally had to have another doctor fix me up Strike 2- really incredibly booked all the time which is fine but when the Dr needs to reschedule due to her schedule it really sucks to wait another 3 months for a time to open up Strike 3- she is usually pretty prompt but on occasion I've waited a bit and not had a problem; but when vice versa, no coutesy call just "thanks for showing up" you are late and we will need to reschedule! That was it! the Dr is not a superstar but a nice westside dermatologist - and that only works so long. In summary; couldn't get a very basic skin issue under control (god forbid i ever got skin cancer) jam packed schedule and meh customer service = buh bye! read more

Awful experience! Front desk assistant was very passive aggressive and I felt uncomfortable! Asked about validation for parking and her reply was"NO, at least we get you in on time!"Not what I expected in a reaction from such a professional. The doctor made me feel as though she couldn't get me out fast enough. I went for my first time body check and it took her about 1 minute and was out the door! read more

loved Dr. Griffin. as promised, the doc was ready to see me on the minute of my scheduled appt. i had 3 spots i wanted her to look at. all 3 were different. she took the time to carefully examine them all and explain what caused them, if they were any danger, what removing them would possibly result in... she answered all my questions. super nice and didn't hurry through the appt. seemed to really care about me as a patient. i took off a star b/c of the front desk. per everyone else's complaints about this office, it seems the lady at the front desk didn't care. as i was leaving the office i asked if there was anything else. "Nope. That's it." i asked, "I don't owe anything?" "Nothing." i persisted, "So there's no co-pay...?" i kept asking, b/c i read a previous reviewer saying she was told she owed nothing and then got a bill in the mail afterwards. the front desk woman finally said, "Yes. We submit to your insurance company and then we send you a bill for the co-pay." it was very misleading to be told that i didn't owe anything (twice). she needs to stop withholding info from patients!! read more

Dr. Molly is the best dermatologist on the West Coast. she has been taking care of my skin for over 10 years. Dr. Griffin's office runs like a swiss clock, the staff is top notch. The front desk staff is extremely knowledgeable & professional. They are always able to accommodate my needs and always remember my information & skin conditions and medications unlike other dermatologists offices I have seen in the past. Dr. Molly has a wonderful bedside manner, I highly recommend her practice.. Need proof, look at my skin! I have psoriasis and she has been the only doctor who has provided me with consistent relief for this chronic condition and also understands the psychological impact of this disease. She and her staff are all very kind and considerate. I'll only see Dr. Molly and I wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else! read more

I love Dr. Griffin! She is soo efficient! I love walking into the waiting room, and being called in 1 minute later. She's all about getting results. She listens to your concerns, she helps you make a plan, and then you're out (in 15 mins or less), getting the same amount of care/attention as you would from some other doctor spending twice as long with you. I feel like I'm actually getting somewhere with my skin. I definitely recommend her! :) Best dermatologist I've ever seen. Her staff is also very nice! But know that it's really hard to get an appointment (you have to book 1-2 months in advance), and when you get that appointment, be on time or be canceled! read more

I've been a patient here for a few years, and have been tremendously happy with Dr. Griffin's knowledge and care. I've had great experiences, without exception, with her staff, too. Dr. Griffin has been my dermatologist, on and off, for years. I say on and off because around 2007 I had severe acne. I also had a massive ear infection, tonsillitis and a recurring upper respiratory infection. I saw many specialists for all these conditions but only Dr. Griffin, who I was only seeing to treat the acne, found the root cause of all my problems and I was instantly on the road to recovery. Now, in 2012, acne free, I was concerned about a mole and so made an appointment. She saw me the day I called. I wouldn't expect that kind of availability every day but after telling the receptionist I was very concerned because the mole had changed so suddenly, she rushed me in. I've been reading other reviews complaining about the support staff at Dr. Griffin's office and I am going to propose another scenario. The people writing these scathing reviews just may be wildly entitled. They show up late, disrupting a perfectly working schedule and throwing all the other patients who show up on time under the bus and then these people have the audacity to complain when they lose their place in line, like everyone else owes them something? It is L.A. Everyone knows we have traffic. Get in your car earlier. These reviews seem fantastically unfair. Dr. Griffin is a talented and friendly doctor with great medical insight. If you were looking for the best dermatologist in L.A. and found Dr. Griffin, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better. read more

I have been going to Dr. Griffin for about 15 years and she's fantastic. She's an excellent and knowledgeable doctor and takes time with her patients. She has removed a few moles from my skin and left behind no scarring, whereas another doctor in the past left me with horrible scars. I see a lot of people wrote negative reviews based on the attitude of her former office manager. While I never personally had any issues with her former office manager, she now has a new one who has worked there for about a year who is absolutely wonderful. read more

I've seen Dr. Griffin three times for various ailments. The receptionist has never been rude to me, and even took the time to listen to me talk through whether I should come in for something or wait and see. Once you're a patient, you should have no trouble getting follow-up appointments relatively quickly; at least, this has been my experience. Dr. Griffin is efficient, patient, and I do not feel rushed with her. One star off for parking--it can really be a struggle over there! Money Grubbing Molly and the treacherous front desk pitbull- beware! I made an appointment with Molly Griffin's office, verifying that they accepted my insurance. On the day of the appointment, I had forgotten my insurance card. Not a problem- I had a picture of the card (both sides) on my camera. I did get an earful about the error from Shannon at the front desk, but I was willing to overlook her outsized angry reaction. Shannon was incredibly nasty and insulting, demanding immediate payment, but since I'd invested so much time upfront confirming that they would take insurance for the basic dermo stuff, she relented in her aggressive shake-down for cash, provided I take care of the issue right away (I always thought the electronic versions of cards sufficed, but not in this office). I had multiple follow up calls with Elaine, the biller, to ensure that she had the necessary info to bill insurance and that everything was processing. All seemed well. I had a follow-up appointment for a biopsy of a suspicious element. Scary stuff! I confirmed the appointment in advance. While confirming the appointment, Shannon, the front desk manager, mentioned an outstanding bill. I was obviously surprised. I had dealt with the issue a month prior. I forwarded an email between myself and Elaine. This included all the relevant insurance info they both claimed was missing. The email "forward" on an older email is usually an elegant way to solve a communication problem. It contains all the needed elements of information plus the "proof" the conversations transpired, information was exchanged, agreement was in place that we were "on-track". It's a gently way to "prove" who did what and who dropped the ball. After the forward, and a follow-up call with Elaine, we agreed all was good. Fast forward to the appointment day. I was nervous. Biospy's hurt! I took the afternoon off work, arranged for childcare, and drove across town for the appointment. Pitbull Shannon was lying in wait at the front desk. If you read through the other reviews, you can see other complaints about her behavior. I checked in, waited a few minutes, and then she demanded immediate payment for both visits since (according to her) I hadn't provided any proof of insurance. She was alarmingly rude and aggressive. She told me there was no appointment for me for the day, but they had me come in so they could extract the payment for the first visit. There are no words to explain how aggressive her tone was, how dismissive she was of my time, how insulting she was, how much of a violation it is to show up for a fake doctor's appointment that is a money shake-down. I was shaking when I left. Adding insult to injury, I got a certified letter in the mail- from Molly Griffin herself! The latter claims that at my March 13th appointment "you asked us to bill your insurance, but did not provide us with any insurance information". Not true. Later, the letter states that "we did not receive any insurance information on you until May. At the time, the insurance you gave us was not active for your March appointment. Insurance cannot be billed retroactively". Odd, considering I've been on the same Blue Shield PPO insurance for 3 years. Also, paper trails of my calls and emails exist, but Molly didn't care to look into that before sending a certified letter. The letter also suggested I had an "inflammatory" response. Yes, it angers me to think that I scheduled an invasive procedure only to discover the appointment was an attempt to get quick cash instead of doing the work of billing. I suspect Shannon and Elaine covered up some of the facts from Dr. Griffin, but at the end of the day, this doctor wrote a certified letter without verifying the facts of the case. Pretty questionable ethics. I only bother to write the review to spare the next person getting this type of treatment, which I suspect stems mostly from Shannon at the front desk. Based on reviews, it sounds like she really goes after some of the patients. Also, I did get an Explanation of benefits from my issuance company. At the end of the day, they did do their work to complete the billing. read more

parking is expensive, staff is unfriendly and will flat out tell you that you are wrong, even if you aren't. making last minute appointments is impossible. It happened twice to me that I made appointments for a certain procedure and the Dr. told me, we should wait until it is winter. They could have told me that when I made the appointment or could have called me back, before I incurred office visit charges for nothing. It's too bad, because I like the doctor (I tend to think that she is pretty good), but the rude staff and miss-organized office have become unacceptable for me. read more

My experience at the office of Dr. Molly Griffin has been the worst service encounter I have ever encountered in my entire life. This includes restaurants, doctor's offices, nail salons, Chinese restaurants...you get the picture. It's been about 6 mo since my visit there and I did not want to write a review until I could look at the situation objectively and fairly. Overall my experience with Dr. Griffin's office had been mediocre, and my experience with Dr. Griffin herself had been acceptable. She treated my eczema professionally and very quickly and I was satisfied with my experience. However when my bill arrived, I was confused as to why I had been billed for a second appointment. I think the miscommunication happened when I left the second appointment and I asked the receptionist what I owed and thought she said "nothing" - she just have meant nothing right now and I would get the bill after they sent it to my insurance. When I got my bill I called and asked the billing office about it and they redirected me to the receptionist who called me back and immediately started with the attitude. Needless to say we got into it and I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude, to which she replied she didn't appreciate my attitude, proceeded to yell at me more and hung up. Yes, hung up. Completely appalled, I immediately called up the billing office to take care of the total because honestly, that was not the issue. I was calling just to ask why there was a charge for a follow-up appointment, not because I wasn't willing to pay it. A week later I called to speak with Dr. Griffin because I felt she should know about the situation and I did not feel comfortable having this type of relationship with my doctor's office. I had spoken to some health care professionals at UCLA who told me if this happened at their office they would want to know. When I got the receptionist I told her to please leave a message for Dr. Griffin. She told me she would not. I told her I felt I had the right to speak with my own doctor. She said I would need to come in to do that. I asked if making an appointment meant I would need to pay for it. She said yes. I asked her to please leave the message and she said ok. No call back. I understand that there are probably two sides to this story, but being hung up on and ignored is not something any patient should have to endure. I did want to speak with the doctor regarding this situation but somehow the office chose to ignore it so now I feel other potential patient's should know before they decide which dermatologist office to visit. Overall I think that this type of behavior is completely unacceptable in a health care setting. I was genuinely hurt and incredibly disappointed with the experience and I hope that people realize that both the doctor and staff of a health care business need to be respectful of the patient. I would recommend you consider a different office when you are looking for a reliable long-term dermatologist. read more

I think perhaps all the good ratings have gone to Dr. Griffin's head. A good friend had a major dermatological emergency and Dr. Griffin's office couldn't give her an appointment until a month later. Ok, you're busy. Fine. We get it. Then my friend arrived SIX MINUTES late to said appointment and was told that they have an on time policy and her appointment had been cancelled. Um... ok. Do I get a total refund if Dr. Griffin is late? Do your front desk minions need to be such a bunch of passive aggressive harpies? They claimed that they inform everyone about this policy at the time the appointment is made. Again, no. That definitely would have been something we remembered. Seriously, I understand the need to have people be on time, but six minutes late in LA is practically early. Save yourself the trouble and the 'tude and make an appointment elsewhere. read more

Dr. Griffin is nice woman and a knowledgeable dermatologist. But there is a big issue outside of the treatment room that keeps my eyes and ears open for other options: As many of these other reviews have noted, Shannon at the front desk is seemingly absent of customer service skills. She's not very welcoming. She's not very compassionate. Her tone is rushed and condescending. She cuts me off. I dread checking-in or calling the office. Either she's a family friend or has epic billing and filling skills because I don't understand how someone as intelligent as Dr. Griffin allows her to be the face and voice of her practice. Dr. Griffin starts every appointment on time, which means no waiting. But that means also means that every appointment has to end on time, which sometimes makes me feel rushed. The other downfall to that is if you're late, you've likely lost your appointment time and could be slapped with a cancellation fee. Case and point: A work meeting ran late and I was running behind for a follow-up appointment. I called the office to let them know I was running 5 minutes late. Shannon told me I'd have to reschedule and pay a $75 cancellation fee. I appreciate the desire to keep things running on time and policies that help ensure that, but I wouldn't suggest enforcing them without human comprehension and at the expense of customer service. I didn't reschedule after that and it was only when the office followed up with me months later and said they'd wave the cancellation fee that I came back for the follow-up. read more

I can only further backup what Dan and Tina below have already commented on - the office staff/front desk behavior here is atrocious, specifically the lead receptionist, and Dr. Griffin seems to be blind to it. Don't go. I knew that woman was a pressure cooker just waiting to blow the first time I witnessed her lashing out at a woman who came in the office lost (her name might be Shannon?). Dr. Griffin herself is a seemingly intelligent, conventional dermatologist, and can be a bit brisk sometimes. On my 2nd visit there, "Shannon" was completely rude to a woman who came in to the office lost and asked for directions. She belittled the poor woman. I didn't say anything or even look, but I did think, wow, I want to deal with that receptionist as LITTLE as possible, she's mean. Why is she working here? Second issue was when I had to reschedule an appointment sine my insurance was cancelled. Called, reached same woman-she cut me off while I was talking and raised her voice at me immediately, in a bully manner. I had some questions, like what are cash costs for the visit, do you do delayed billing, anything we could figure out together so I could still come in without insurance (Thanks Obamacare) or just reschedule. She wouldn't even listen and she hung up on me. She wasn't going to help me, a repeat patient, figure out how I could keep my appt, she just kept telling me I had to pay a cancellation fee even though I wasn't canceling and she didn't give me pricing to pay out of pocket. I have never been treated that way by physician personnel, EVER. I called back and spoke to the other receptionist, upset, simply explained the situation and that woman was calm, normal, and helped me reschedule my appointment or get refills, no problem. Dr. Griffin may see her rude, snippy, staff as normal or as a protective filter against LA crazies, maybe that's what she's used to but for the rest of us who have real, health conditions, it feels like abuse. There are at least 3 complaints about Dr. Griffin's staff here on Yelp, she might want to figure out what's going on when she's not in the room, instead of continuing to be blind or think she's got bad patients. She probably gets a lot of very high maintenance women who freak out about demanding cosmetic treatments and that may give her staff a big ego to feel so in-demand, but for the rest of us who need a dermatologist, we don't need their ego, just a smart, helpful doctor with easy parking and availability. People that go to doctors are looking for help and cures, not to be belittled or treated poorly by arrogant, entitled staff. read more

Dr. Griffin is a wonderful, caring doctor, who really knows her stuff. She'll always go the extra mile for you. Unfortunately that expertise doesn't extend to office staffing. She's had the same obnoxious, rude receptionist working for her for years, and I'm afraid I just can't take her "1 minute late and you go from valued client to scum of of the earth" attitude any longer. Sure, the doctor's time is valuable, but so is mine. We live in a large, crowded city and sometimes it's nearly impossible to get somewhere on time. To be dismissed and treated very rudely on top of having your appointment canceled out from under you is NOT acceptable. I've been seeing Dr. Griffin for nearly ten years (and I've often wondered if she realizes how her patients are being treated), but I'm afraid that until she hires a receptionist that won't treat me like crap, I'm going to have to find a new dermatologist. : ( read more

Been a patient since 2012. Back then it she was relatively easy to see, and no issues whatsoever. Lately, ive made multiple attempts to to schedule a visit, but unfortunately im greeted by receptionists whom are pretty unprofessional and very unaccommodating. Example of my last call: "Hi Can you hold" (2 minutes on hold) When someone picks up i ask: "can I make an appointment with Dr. Griffin" im told: "she doesnt have any appointments anytime soon, but we have another female doctor you can see instead" Ive attempted 3x over the past 6 months, all to no avail. I saw Dr. Griffin several times, but I would not recommend her to anyone. It's true - you don't have to wait long once you are in her office to see her, which is great. She's very prompt, but she's also very fast to push you out of her office as well. The biggest issue that I had with her is that she has no compassion towards patients with real problems, unless you're getting a cosmetic procedure done then I'm sure it's a different experience (at least that's what I noticed). Another friend of mine also went to see Dr. Griffin to have a mole removed (a simple procedure) and said she had a horrible experience with her as well. There are so many other wonderful & compasionate doctors out there that actually want to help people - go to them instead. read more

Dr Molly Griffin, went to her office for a visit. She was prompt to come in and see me. Another Doctor recommended me to see her due to an unexplained rash on my legs for close to a year. He sent me there with a prescription to do a biopsy, she refused and said it was just dry skin, to moistureize 5 times a day. She did not ask me about my past or where I have been. Just plain and simple dry skin. She explained that California had been unusually dry for the past couple of years and she has been seeing this a lot. I moved from the desert to Californa, after living there for over 8 years, never had this rash. At this point I thought I would try anything. Upon her request, I started the plain petroleum jelly, it just spread like wildfire. The rash grew worse, went back to my allergist, he began allergy shots and so far things have been clearing up. Today I received a bill for $180.00 with a $30.00 courtesy discount. Tried to call her office with no return call. I was in there maybe 15 minutes at the most was sent there for a biopsy which she did not do. If you want to throw away your money, just go see her. I would give her 0 stars if this system would let me! read more

The location is great and the office is nice but the people in it changes everything! I have been there twice and had to have them transfer my file cuz I left crying because I was treated so bad. They made me feel like I was scum by the way they were talking to me and each time I made an apt. I had to wait a month just to get in. I wish it was different because I heard a lot of nice things on yelp but I rather go to a dump then get treated like that again! read more

I have been a patient of Dr Griffin for 5 years. I had a few cancerous melanomas so I was on the once every 6 months full body check plan. After my last visit in April of 2014 Dr Griffin said that since there had been no issues in a few years we could go to the once every year plan. Dr Griffin has been on a leave for maternal reasons so I was unable to see her in April 2015. I use a topical cream for my psoriasis that she prescribed and TODAY Oct 22 2015 when I tried to get it refilled they said they had to contact the Doctor since there were no refills left on the prescription. I git a call from CVS hours later saying that Doctor Griffin denied the refill and that I needed to call her office. I called her office and was told by the receptionist that I need to come in for a check up. I was die for a full body check and her first available appointment was on Dec 14 2015. I said fine I'll take it. She said she could get me in earlier with another Doctor but i said no because when you are comfortable with one (Dr Griffin) who also has history with you you don't want to switch. NOW here's the kicker. I said to the receptionist in the meantime can you refill my prescription for the topical cream and she without hesitation said NO ! I was taken aback to say the least. My response to her was well I guess I need to go find another Doctor at another medical practice who is a little more understanding of the situation.
