However, they refuse to accept some of the biggest carriers insurance plans out there. Disappointing as we just moved to Ellijay and needed a Dental provider for the 4 of us. Between us, we have three difference carriers (Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Aetna) and they refused to be in network with any of those. Not exactly fly by night small carriers. I would highly encourage you to find another provider that will value your money as much as they value their own.

I said that is NOT WHAT THE DR TOLD ME! She said well this is what it cost to do this work. I told her what he told me and how it was explained and she said well this is the cost. I paid it without knowing what to do. Never once did she consult the Dr on his price he gave me. I called back later that day and told her to please remove me from the schedule that I was told by the Dr. one price and she charged me another price and that just was not fair or right...NO ONE ever goes in to get work done without know the price....that is just crazy! So I let it go...today I get another call for the office to informed me I owe yet another 500.......we rehashed my last visit and she said "well we gave you a service and now you have to pay for the service the Dr. did not know the prices I run the front desk" my reply was I agreed to the service based on what information my Dr. gave me....I did not think it was fair to change the price after I agreed with my Dr on a plan.
