I am going through a few things right now, so I told Kathy (the sweet lady that you pay) and she took off the price of the xrays (for now) until I get back on my feet. That was amazingly nice of her to do, as she didn't have to do that. I have been coming here for 14 yrs and they truly are great. They never try to do "add ons" or "upcharges".

They know their business and they're excellent at what they do. Then you sit in the dreaded chair and expect to be judged for not brushing/flossing enough. Guess what? Not gonna happen here! You're going to get the absolute best care you've ever experienced in a dentist's office without the slightest judgement. They're happy you're there. They meet you where you are. I had dental implants done here at a reasonable price compared to other places. And I love them! So I agree to have the work completed at 180.00 out of pocket for me. After it was said and done I was leaving and at the desk where I should have paid the 180...now it was almost 500!!!! I said that is NOT WHAT THE DR TOLD ME! She said well this is what it cost to do this work. I told her what he told me and how it was explained and she said well this is the cost. I paid it without knowing what to do. Never once did she consult the Dr on his price he gave me. I called back later that day and told her to please remove me from the schedule that I was told by the Dr. one price and she charged me another price and that just was not fair or right...NO ONE ever goes in to get work done without know the price....that is just crazy! So I let it go...today I get another call for the office to informed me I owe yet another 500.......we rehashed my last visit and she said "well we gave you a service and now you have to pay for the service the Dr. did not know the prices I run the front desk" my reply was I agreed to the service based on what information my Dr. gave me....I did not think it was fair to change the price after I agreed with my Dr on a plan.
