The visit turned into a nightmare that left me physically injured and deeply disappointed. During the appointment, Dr. Levick cut several of my toenails so aggressively that she cut beneath the nails into the surrounding skin. The result was immediate pain and bleeding on multiple toes. One of my toes was seriously injured during the visit and needed to be bandaged. The discomfort was not minor or temporary. It became intense, throbbing pain that lasted for hours after I left the office. Nearly a week later, I am still experiencing pain from the injuries. What was equally upsetting was Dr. Levick's response. She showed no concern about the pain or bleeding that resulted from the nail trimming. I found her to be uncaring, lacking in compassion, and completely indifferent to the discomfort she had caused. I was also surprised that the receipt I received after the appointment contained no information whatsoever about the services that were provided during the visit. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Levick. Instead of leaving with relief from my foot concerns, I left with bleeding, severe pain, and an injury that was still causing pain nearly a week later.
