I had one bad experience 10-15 years ago, but every other time they provided a piece of equipment that started quickly, ran reliably, and functioned as needed. I have rented stump grinders, lifts, driveway graders, chipper/shredders, and several other items. The service is friendly and helpful and if you rent it on Friday after 1:30 pm you can have it as a one day rental until Monday morning. I recommend them.

Guys up front at the register are real nice. No complaints against them, they were doing all they…read morewere supposed to do and were very polite. My only complaint is for the gentleman in the shop who was polite, but doesn't understand customer service. What kind of equipment rental place rents you an engine hoist and then tells you that "they don't give the handle for the jack because people don't bring it back". Any decent equipment rental place knows how to inspect their equipment before the person who rented it leaves, so they have more than enough time to see if there is a handle or not. Not only that, but I had to put a $50 deposit down to rent the equipment on top of rental fees. What? You're telling me I have to put $50 down on a piece of equipment that isn't complete? What is that $50 for if not for covering broken and damaged equipment? I would have no problem paying a deposit if the equipment I rent is whole. Mind you this is after I had to come back because whoever put the hoist up left the ram on its side and all the fluid leaked out, and I was accused of leaving the ram on its side in the bed of my friend's truck. I got to my place, put the hoist together only to realize that i must have forgotten the jack handle and the ram only went up about 6" only to hit a dead spot. Called them and the guy on the phone asked if I left the ram on its side while transporting it and told him that it was on its side at their facility. No problem, polite on the phone, straight to the point. Got there, he filled the ram with fluid and even made the comment that it took a lot of fluid. That's when I asked about the handle and got the comment I got. What a pile of shit.

Matt was very quick to come to our rescue to get our carpets cleaned. We just moved back to Ohio…read morefrom North Carolina and the house we rented had the carpets cleaned by a rug doctor before we moved in so we thought they were clean and good to go. They in fact were not, the rug doctor only made a mess of them! The first night in our new home our nephew (who is crawling) had the tops of his feet turn jet black. I couldn't stand it and wanted the carpets cleaned ASAP for the sake of all my nieces and nephews. Got his number from people in town so I called Matt the next morning. He made sure to make time in his schedule to come THAT day! He got the carpets cleaned and took out the old house smell for us! We are VERY pleased with his work and his quick response time!!!
