How are we supposed to know that?! They were at fault and it cost my husband and I hundreds of dollars. SHOCKING I KNOW! and finally almost cost us our home! Thankfully we contacted someone who was able to get our loan done with 45 days that's something they obviously were incapable of doing in months.
