The house may have initially looked good from a distance but, on closer inspection, the work they did on this home screams of sloppiness, carelessness, inattention to detail and a total lack of skill. There were so many things left poorly done or undone when we bought this brand new home, but they assured us that they would address the issues after we moved in. It has now been four months of nothing but delays and lies from the project manager, Igor Kolotyuk. His favorite things to say are "I'll do it tomorrow" and "I've ordered it and it should be here any day". We have rearranged our schedules/lives so many times to be home/available on days when he said work was going to be done but then no one ever shows up or calls to let us know plans have changed. This developer, STIX Development Inc., the owner, Paul Feitser , Igor and all those who work for them are unskilled, unethical frauds. We found out after the fact that the owner, Paul, actually had his contractor license revoked in 2016. Additionally, one of the "five-star" positive reviews above is actually written by Igor, the same STIX project manager who has been so awful to work with. I am guessing the rest of the positive reviews here were written by other employees as well. Just another example of the dishonesty we've come to expect from them. Please don't take my word for it though. Check out the list and pictures below of the kind of terrible quality work they have done. -Gaps in the flooring -Miss matched colored stucco -Sloppy outdoor concrete work that splashed all over the base of the home -Broken screens (Igor took them away to get them fixed and then never returned them) -Horribly scratched up glass on the front door -Cracks in the grout -A ridiculous patch job of a hole in the sink -No remotes to any of our fans If we could go back in time, we would never opt to work with this builder or any of his associates ever again. Unfortunately, we cannot. We hope others can learn from our mistakes and steer clear of this nightmare.

I'm currently building one house that Tangent designed and working on four other projects that Tangent is designing. We also have two more lots that we will start designing with them in the next few weeks. Tangent team doesn't know it yet, but we trust them enough to give them more business.
