He stated that the work would take approximately three weeks and that they expected to submit the remaining permit documents to the City of Sacramento during the first week of September 2026. We appreciated finally receiving a projected timeline and hoped the project was moving forward after 2 years since we signed the contact with them. On August 31, I sent Walter and Beto a written follow-up asking whether the fire plans were completed or close to completion and whether the project remained on schedule for submission during the first week of September. As of September 2, we have received no response to that email. We have also made multiple phone calls attempting to obtain an update, but have been unable to reach anyone. We understand that the first week of September has not yet ended, so we are still giving the company the opportunity to complete the submission within the timeline they provided. After nearly two years of delays, we sincerely hope they will follow through with this latest timeline and submit the remaining permit documents as promised. I will continue updating this review based on what actually happens.

Initially, the first 30 minutes of communication with the owner, David, gave us a very positive impression. He responded quickly, asked detailed questions, and seemed professional and genuinely interested in the project. Unfortunately, everything changed the moment it came time to actually move forward. After the initial conversation, communication completely stopped. We followed up the next day no response. After waiting two more days, David finally replied on the third day, asked a few additional questions, and once again seemed interested. We invited him to come see the property so we could receive proper guidance and begin discussing the actual work. After that silence again. It has now been over a week with no meaningful response or follow-up. The lack of communication and professionalism has been extremely frustrating and honestly a waste of our time. A business in this field should understand how important responsiveness and reliability are, especially when clients are trying to move forward with serious projects. I noticed another review describing David as very responsive and responsible. I can only agree with that based on the very first half hour of communication. After that, the experience was the complete opposite. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to others looking for reliable and client-oriented service.
