I found Ken and North County Process Services online and reached out explained…read morewhat I needed and the importance of requesting service to clearly be completed and stated more than once in on line messages and over the phone in sending the court papers to the petitioner via USPS Express Priority Mail, preferrable sent from the USPS w/a 1-2 day deliver guarantee with signature required when delivered at residence. Instead, Ken shows up at a UPS Store, ok a few $ more for USPS Express Delivery. For some reason questioned me what about express priority, etc. I said no, please send as I've asked several times USPS Express delivery signature required when delivered to home address. Instead Ken sends it USPS Priority 2-3 day expected but no guarantee and Deliver w/certified mail requiring the person served to go into the post office to sign and pick up the papers causing a 2 day delay. I had to request a continuance as the papers were not served as I paid for and Ken said he could do no problem. I will not use him again for quick turnaround process server.

They're claiming I had it for days bc their flawed system. After payment with my Apple Card! I cancelled that card with the quicks bc I could just tell something was weird. They changed my drop off for the truck at the last minute and told me to drop it off at Postal Annex. It was 10, are they open! So, I left it there with the keys with the other trucks that were their. If you go at night you will see many trucks and most probably have the keys inside. It's been over a month and they're still charging and it's all random amounts too

This was my first time visiting this USPS location, and I was genuinely shocked by how I was…read moretreated. I politely asked for assistance, and instead of being helped, the employee was extremely rude and hostile. While I was trying to find information, she harassed me, spoke to me aggressively, and acted as though I was an inconvenience simply for being present. To make matters worse, she got on her cell phone and was cursing and speaking negatively about the customers that she encounters, which was completely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. At one point, she told me I needed to "hurry up" because "you have literally 5 minutes before I go to lunch," as if her schedule mattered more than providing basic customer service. I asked for her name, and she said it was Michelle, but by that point her behavior had made me feel so uneasy that I couldn't trust her with my package--or even trust that she was being truthful. I took a photo and informed her that I did not feel comfortable mailing my package there and would be taking my business elsewhere. She didn't stop there she continued to harass me until I was outside the building. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they are being polite and asking for help. This experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a federal service facility. I will never return to this location, and I strongly caution others unless serious changes are made.

I sent all my stuff through this company from Sacramento to San Diego and it made the move cheap and manageable. I was on a serious budget at the time and I sent 10 big boxes of clothes and toys and books for around $250. The customer service on the phone was helpful with the packing and labelling in Sacramento. My boxes beat me to my new home in San Marcos and were all there and ready to be picked up from Oceanside. It was a really good experience. The only thing is that because it goes through a couple buses and gets moved, I wouldn't use it to ship fragile or super valuable things, just in case! read more
