Omgawd, this transportation company is the best! I could tell you some horror stories about other…read moretransportation companies. From no shows to late pick ups, no masks, no communication, extra passenger with no mask & the driver did nothing about it. I could go on & on but what I really want to say is how wonderful Victorville Medical Transportation is. The dispatcher is so nice you can hear her smile through the phone, really. I was late getting out the door (forgot to set my alarm), she just kept reassuring me that it's ok, no problem. Her voice was so calming. Then there is the driver. Great guy, super, super nice! I was at my appt in no time at all. Easy to talk to. He talks to you like he's known you forever & yet remains professional. His name is Rick. I highly recommend Rick & Victorville Medical Transportation! You won't be disappointed!!,

Offered a fee transport for the next doctor appointment. I was skeptical but thought I should give them a second chance. The van arrives this time, 23 minutes late and cannot accommodate my dad's power chair. Of which I had told them he was going to be in!!!! They claim once again it was a computer error, evidently the people there in dispatch are perfect and never make mistakes. Or should I say are never accountable for mistakes... They were going to send a van that could accommodate his power chair, but it was at least 30 to 40 minutes away from his house and his appointment was in 20 minutes and he lives about 25 minutes away from his doctor office... NEVER AGAIN!!! There needs to be a negative star... they don't deserve the one i had to give to leave this review.

My friend used Starlight for transportation after their wedding reception. A group of us were going…read moreto do some bar hopping. We all got on and were ready to have some fun but about 2 miles down the road from the reception the party bus filled up with smoke and we all hurried to exit. The group then stood on the side of the road while trying to figure out a solution, this included the bride in her dress! We were told there would be no replacement bus for over an hour - at this point, we called multiple Ubers to get out of the rain. It ended up being 2 hours before a replacement was given. Things happen that are out of our control but I was shocked to learn that Starlight did not offer any refund when they did not meet the contracted 4 consecutive hours of service. They were also unpleasant to deal with during this experience and lacked empathy. - The driver was fantastic and maintained a professional attitude during his interactions with us!

We were unable to book him for another time but were so glad that we were finally able to. Thank you for your service. And I'll be referring more clients!

There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water! We used them again on our trip to the airport a few days later and same experience. Communication was perfect from inquiry about pricing to contracting and during the trip. I booked with Big C because of the wonderful Yelp reviews and am so glad I did. They will definitely be our go-to charter anytime we are in Southern California. Thanks Clarence!
