Went to Staples in Tifton today to print out some documents. They now only have one self-serve…read moreprinter. The second printer was removed, according to the manager, not being cost effective. I waited in line to get to the printer and a male was at the printer, thumbing through his phone several times before printing something. I stood there for 15 minutes. Two more people were in front of me. Girl in the print department was not busy and I requested her to print out the documents. I have done that in the past. She informed me she can no longer print in the print department any more. She said new rule. I called out to the manager, who informed me basically the same thing. I objected and he relented and told me that I would have to fill out the paperwork for an order and there would be a surcharge. He called it a rush file. I got the paperwork filled out, papers printed. 20 pages were almost $9....due to the rush charge. WoW...really good customer service. Manager has an attitude. Just the way he speaks to you makes you fell like he really don't want to be bothered. My last trip into Staples. I do have access to Office Depot. Their fee would have been half of what Staples charged. Thumbs down to Staples in Tifton.

We were told originally they could not bind but when we arrived we asked again and they said they could bind. When we arrived we waited 45 minutes and were told that they can't print because the store was busy! The staff member was on a call with the manager which clearly told her what to say after they could not figure out how to print. At the time she came out to tell us, we were the only people in the store. The customer service from the UPS staff was absolutely deplorable! We went to Staples and the job was printed and bound in 30 minutes! Best $250.00 spent! I guess UPS did not want that revenue!

I'm sure that it's because they don't want to talk to actual people about the absolutely horrible service they provide. I filed a claim in September, followed up on it about a month later only to be told that it was delayed because they were still looking for the package. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I was finally able to get to someone who promised me that they would escalate my inquiry. That was two months ago and I have not heard from them. I tried to contact them today only to get a total run around. Their automated system said that the claim was denied although I haven't received any communication from FedEx whatsoever. No matter what I try I am unable to get to a live person. The claim was for one box out a five piece shipment. The five boxes made up one total item that I was returning. Because one box didn't make it I couldn't receive a refund for the return of the item. Now I am out not only the cost of the item (the return window closed) and the cost of shipping an item that never made it!! How does that seem reasonable? If I could rate FedEx lower than not good I would do it in a heartbeat

I paid them in April, 2023 after and didn't receive my items until July, 2023. They pitched me one excuse after another like, I don't have anyone to help me, my van broke down, my mechanic can't fix it so I sent it to a Mercedes shop and they're backed up at least 12 or 13 vehicle repair jobs. That was an ordeal. I finally took them to small claims court and paid a lot of fees. No, I didn't go after the company to be reimbursed for the court fees. I just chalked it up to another Florida business with game. What reputable business hands customers the excuse that their vehicle broke down and then doesn't try to accommodate their customer by finding an alternative so that their agreement is kept. They didn't have any problem taking your money. So, if you're this as a side hustle, then don't advertise things you cannot do. Stay in your lane. Their other business is Red Bear Realty. I can imagine customers getting stiffed there too. As they say, Buyer Beware!! You might not get what you pay for. I like buying items at HiBid Auctions because I have gotten some really good deals. I find that not all auction houses deliver. Some don't care about what they're doing no more than having a hole in the wall. I respond to auctions where delivery is available. Some businesses hold to this with integrity and others fill like once you've paid for your items it's all up to you. In my case this auction house recommended the delivery supply company. And even told me that it was my problem. The Good, the Bad & the Ugly! Not all are like that though. I bought a kitchen table with bar stools from a ATX Auction in Corpus Christie Texas. And, there were no problems with delivery because that's what they do. Even when I received the package pieces were missing, and when I called the manufacturer, they sent the missing pieces as a courtesy. They didn't ask for my name, rank and serial number bank account, etc. That's a Good business who stands behind their products to achieve customer satisfaction. I was IMPRESSED.
