I was so tired after riding the Megabus from picking my son up that morning, I instructed him to grab the wrong red luggage. I contacted Megabus within 48 hours I was contacted saying they had my luggage. I had no issues finding the place Waze took me directly there. Parking was easy parked near the door. The staff was so nice and friendly. I picked up my luggage with the item number only took him 2 minutes to get it. The young man was very helpful with my pick up and drop off. I am so thankful my luggage was still there untouched with all belongings inside!! I also returned the red luggage I took in error. I hope this person gets her luggage and I truly apologize for taking their bag. Mistakes happen wish I could change what happened but I can't. I'm just glad I could return it all in one piece. There are still honest people around not trying to take advantage. I was sure all my sons belongings had been tampered with, but it wasn't and I didn't tamper with there things either! Lesson learned pay more attention lol

Later, I actually learned that the bus driver, Brian has been doing this trip for a while and always asks to have us. Throughout, the trip Brian kept the bus orderly and got us to our destination FAST! Brian also made sure everyone had their luggage, which was nice if him. He only made one wrong turn the entire trip! I was actually able to have a nice conversation with him. He was very informative! The bus was very clean and neat. Each seat had a trash bag next to it! You could also control the overhead air and lights. The seats were comfortable with leg rests and were able to recline. The bus had mini-TVs in the aisles and one large TV in the front. Unfortunately, the charger did not work for me, which was disappointing. Altogether, I would recommend this bus company!

There were some extenuating circumstances that almost cancelled the entire trip, but Paul was willing to work with me to make the trip happen. Once I met him in person, the same professionalism was displayed for the entire duration of our trip. The charter bus was nice and clean with a bathroom. We brought DVDs to watch. At all times we felt completely safe traveling. I can't recommend Patriot Coach Lines enough for your chartered transportation needs. I know they will be the first call I make for any future chartered trips me and my family will be taking.

Right now, it is around 7:40 pm. If the ride gwinnett qr code is to be believed, I will be waiting for another hour and a half for a bus out of Indian Creek. To make it worse, there were multiple other buses listed 10 minutes ago that disappeared. This isn't even the first time I've had major issues. On multiple occasions over the last month, I have had to switch buses mid route. Once, we pulled on to what I think was an access road three stops before I needed to get off and restarted the route from West Park Place. Another time, the driver pulled over at the first stop and we had to wait 10 minutes for another bus to come get us. Both of those times, the driver couldn't give us a real reason besides "traffic is bad". 7:53 pm P.S. : A bus that wasn't even listed on the tracker website just got here. If a single one of these buses were capable of running on time, I would be almost home. The poor user experience feels almost like it's by design at this point. If the regional Xpress buses ran later in the mornings and evenings, I would use them 100% of the time. For riders like me, it becomes a safety concern when issues like this happen on a daily basis.

We were notified within an hour of arrival and they would compen by sending two buses. The driver of the 25 passenger was not a safety driver. Lug bolt missing from right front tire. while driving ran up on the curb and swerved almost hitting another vehicle. The 48 passenger bus ran out of fuel and the had to put some diesel fluid mixer in it. After less than a mile out. I do not recommend or will ever use this service again unless I see the vehicle beforehand. We hired this service through Charter Up.

The chinatown bus drivers are not that fluent in English, but that's a trade off for its low prices and its expedite ETA time to new york city. All i want is that it gets me from point A to point B on time and safely. For the past 2 decades, there has not been any safety records except Wah Fung bus company in boston. The prices used to be $80 a person and has dropped to $30. The current price is $40/one way cash. They don't take any other forms of payments except cash if you are going to buy it from the station. Do not go into the bathrooms inside or buy from the questionable source market next to it. I just take a nap and in no time I would be in New York.

Was overcharged $2600 for a coach bus we took for our employee annual trip. Owner, will not return…read morecalls to us. What you see on line, is not what you get. Online coach bus' look lavish and everything works. The one we had, the seats were all tore up, the DVD TV was almost hanging down (did not work), the lavatory was, at least, a hundred degrees in their and reeked on urine - plus was told it did not flush. The coach bus was so old, it had 300,000 miles on it. So, what you see on line, is not what you actually get. Plus, they don't return your phone calls and still have not refunded the overcharge payment.
