The facilities are in very poor condition. Garbage in the corners, fungi buildup on the sides of the toilet, bacteria and fungus buildup on the ceilings. A/C vents have green fungi buildup as well. Ceilings in very poor condition, broken and stained by water leaks. A very limited site and not recommended for breathing. I suggest just buy your trip and wait outside. This station has to get a contractor to make repairs in the facilities. read more

The worst bus service EVER. Purchased a ticket for my father and he was supposed to leave at 2pm the bus driver decided not to leave until his bus was full. It was 6:30 PM and the bus had not left. I called the call center to find out what was going on, they are the worst customer service representatives I have ever spoken to. The manger Cynthia ID# S3508057 was no help at all! Horrible customer service! Expected a cheap trip based on their website. Then I got there and was charged an extra $15 (more than the price of the trip) just for not booking 2 hours in advance online. I wasn't sure what time I could get there so I didn't want to risk booking a trip that was too early. They'll gladly penalize you for that! The trip itself though was quite enjoyable though. The buses themselves are never the cleanest but wasn't exactly a mess either (for once). The driver was very good and made it on time even though we got stuck in traffic for a while. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. During my 15 min stop on the way to San Antonio, I experienced racism from one of the agents. Everyone at the station was Mexican, except me and my daughter. Announcements were made only in spanish. When it was time to get back on the bus, the agent let all the Mexicans exit the building and line up outside, but blocked my path and asked for my ticket. I asked him why? I said you just let all of them go outside and didn't ask for any tickets. I handed him our tickets and when he handed them back, he threatened to pull my bags off the bus. He said I didn't respect his position. Um, dude... you didn't respect me. He then proceeded to report me to two other agents to try to get my bag removed from the bus at 10pm! Both agents questioned me about what happened and I told them. One agent came on the bus and asked me the same questions. Pkease ask someone else what happened... all of the customers saw it. Or maybe review your cameras if they work. Ridiculous. Never again. read more

My brother in law took a bus from for work. He is a young kid who has never left Mexico and speaks no English. On the bus in Laredo the driver exchanged money for him and told him he could leave his passport and visa next to him on the bus while my he went to get food-yes dumb kid move. He returned and the driver said since he has no id now he could not get back on. He left him and his bags alone in Laredo. We had to wire money so he could get a hotel and he filed a police report. Cust service was able to call the station and the kind agent there changed out the tickets since my bil has copies of his id on his phone. 2 emails and 3 calls to security and nothing. read more

Never again. Terrible customer service, very low quality, and they always overbook their buses with no guarantee that you'll be able to board, even if you bought a ticket well in advance. I've rode on Greyhound for about a year now & i've never had any problems! BUT today the drive from my location to Laredo was very delayed! I was suppose to arrive in Laredo around 9:45 & it's 11:50. I will be saying goodbye to greyhound after today. read more

We bought a non stop ticket online fromMonterrey NL Mexico to San Antonio TX. When we got to Nuevo Laredo Mexico we were told to the employees and the bus driver that we had to take a taxi from the bus station there, walk through immigration and then walk 5 blocks to the Laredo Bus station. When we got there the front desk told us we were not supposed to get off and that bus was at the bridge crossing. We waited about an hour and a half, when time came to get on we were told to get at the back of the line not with the transfer ing passengers and that next we should check our tickets. This is just outrageous the way Greyhound does business and non of the employees in either side communicates weigh each other. We callen Monterrey's office and they just kept transferring until no one was around. The Laredo TX kept blaming it on Monterrey and then at the end us "for not knowing what we were buying." We were not the only ones going through this fiasco. This group of us just could believe the way Greyhound bus allows this to happen and the employees offer no help other than to blame us for it. read more
