I showed her my reservation (usually the keys are already pulled and waiting)... she shouted "Well I don't know what you want me to do! I don't have any cars... they're all dirty" I said "Oh... Well how long does it take to get one clean?" She replied "Well even if I had a clean one I have 15 other reservations... and they would come before you anyway" I ended up leaving the airport and renting elsewhere. Worst customer service ever. Worst experience ever... between these guys and…read moremy insurance company, they managed to sell me additional insurance (damage waiver) for a rental that was only intended for 2-3 days at the beginning and ended to be 37 days and had to pay over $700, because they didn't explain correctly the difference between DW and involving my own insurance coverage. After asking for some support, they just passed the ball between Enterprise and my insurance saying it was not their responsibility but only mine to change this and all I got was a discount of 10%. They have no proper customer service or advise attitude, only want to sell and get more money in any way possible.

She strongly suggested that I get the full insurance during my rental. After I returned the rental, I get billed 737.32 for the additional insurance. Insurance that was not needed since state farms coverage extended to my rental vehicle. Essentially I was sold a service that I clearly did not need and I am very dissatisfied with the honesty of the local Hertz agent. If she advised me that my State farm policy would have covered the rental insurance I would not have purchased additional insurance at such a great cost. Word to the wise read and ask questions before you leave the store...
