I asked for…read morehelp and the woman came over while she was on the phone with the owner and changed the temp from hot to warm which made the water finally come on. She said "you cant use hot water" i told her there was no sign saying that and I wanted hot water. I also lost nearly 5 minutes of washing while she messed with it and i mentioned that. She said they didn't offer refunds. I said thats fine if she would just put me into another washer to get a proper wash for $10. She said she couldn't do that either. I told her $10 for a large machine was a lot of money and I was using 3 large machines. She turned around and walked away while i was talking and pointed at a sign on the wall that said "Use machines at your own risk" The washer didn't work right and it didn't get my clothes even close to clean and she was VERY rude and unwilling to do what was right. I will never recommend any of these locations.

Since it was before 9am (technically, it was 6pm), my shirt would be ready the next day. So I gave them a shirt and my phone number. The next day, I returned at 5:15 PM and my shirt was ready. As is the usual custom with shirt laundering, it was on a hangar and wrapped in plastic. Perfect. No stains, no marks and no wrinkles. Excellent. And my four star review would have ended there, but the next day I got a voice mail from Nan's. They were following up to make sure that my order was perfect and thanking me for being a customer.
