I recently purchased a sign from the Florence SC location and I wanted to let you know about the…read moredishonest way this franchise does business First in September I requested a sign quote for a complete sign told the girl I needed everything she sent me a quote and told me for them to get started I had to pay a nonrefundable deposit of half which I did then for the next 2 weeks I hear nothing from them so I called them and was then told the quote was for only a sign not posts so she sent me another quote and then changed the quote again after that they changed the original quote of around 1000.00 to right at 3000.00 so because I could not get my deposit back and because I desperately needed my sign I paid it in full was told it would take a week to 10 days. Then December rolls around after not hearing a word from them I call them and was told they had to get rid of some employees and it would be 2 more weeks. I finally get my sign they come and install it and the next day the sign is already falling down they did not even put any concrete in the ground to hold it. I called them and complained about this and the way the sign looked ( which is awful) and they told me they would send someone out that day to fix it. Well that day came and went no called and no one came. So the next day I called again and after I had gotten rather rude with them on the phone and threatened to call BBB they sent someone out to fix it. The guy came in to talk with me after fixing it and I explained the problem I had with the sign and why I was not happy with the way it looked he said he would get with his people and see if they can do something to fix it and would call me in a few days. Well it is now the middle of January and still no call and no one has fixed my sign. This is awful customer service and I make it a point to tell as many people as I can of the awful service I received from this company and I intend to proceed with the BBB and possibly file suit in small claims court. It should be zero stars but do not have that option

Renee Is Truly One of a Kind!…read more I have been coming to the UPS location off Irby for years, and I have to say that Renee is truly one of the most wonderful people you could ever hope to meet. Every time I walk through the door, she is kind, welcoming, helpful, and always has a smile on her face. When I'm waiting in line, I'm always happy when Renee calls me next because I know I'm going to be taken care of! She is incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and you can tell that she truly knows what she is doing. But what makes Renee so special to me goes far beyond great customer service. Three years ago, when my husband passed away, Renee helped me during one of the most difficult times of my life. She created the most beautiful photograph of my husband and me for me to display at his funeral. I still have that photograph today, and every time I look at it, I not only think about my husband, but I also remember the kindness and compassion Renee showed to me and my family during such a heartbreaking time. That is something I will never forget. There are some people you meet while simply going about your everyday life who leave a lasting impression on you, and Renee is one of those people.
