Not to be confused with Craysound Busty Laotians, which are girls from Laos who are very well endowed above the waist, and make extremely insane sounds when making out and such. The Greyhound Station in Cleveland has a lot of haunting memories for me and some great ones too, including recent times when I picked up my goddess here before driving her and our cats to Texas. This is a sacred bus station to me with a lot of memories. So lots of great memories (guess I didn't say the word memories yet) and some lonely sad memories from long time ago, from a different lifetime. Did I mention the memories. For a city like Cleveland it's pretty large, well kept, one of the best stations in the country, with safe parking right outside. Bravo. They also have a Package Express service here. Barbie likes me to use my package to express myself, so here goes. Again. (pulls down pants)

This will be the second time that I've ever taken Greyhound anywhere as I don't really ride the bus long distances unless it's basically the only option! The first time I took a ride with them I was stranded in the middle of Texas and the bus basically saved me from being in a even worse situation as it was the only way out of that horrible place! This time it's my only option as I can't get a rental to where I need to go as I'll have no way to return it so might as well take the bus to avoid this problem all together as it wasn't that bad the first time! When I walked to the ticket counter the lady working was super mellow and just started talking to me randomly about things seeing I had a bit to wait for my bus I was ok with it and besides it's always nice to talk to those who are cool to you just for the hell of it. The bus station wasn't as bad as others seem to make it so I can't really say much about that I mean it's a bus station what do you expect the red carpet? Overall Greyhound is a great way to get somewhere when your stuck and just have no other way to get there so don't overlook it because it might help you like it has to me these two times!

The Greyhound Station is a cavern of human emotion. The arrival or departure of a loved one can be gut wrenching. One week ago tonight was a permanent departure of an impossible love. The freezing rain fell down on the Yaris as the windshield wipers bumped. My u-turn into the station almost got me a moving violation. I said my goodbye and expressed my sorrow. She rolled her suitcase behind her into the station. Hemmingway said "It was like saying good-by to a statue. After a while I went out...and walked back...in the rain." One of the saddest nights of my life.

Most of the time departure is on time. Food isn't all that great here. The vending machines are way too over priced. Don't be surprised if the employees are rude. Almost as bad as the BMV. But the ticket prices are cheap enough to over look all of that

I was way too excited to have the Cleveland Greyhound terminal as a stop on my trip. You see, its listed on the National Register of Historic Places and whenever I come across one of those, my inner history nerd comes out in full force. It was built in 1948 in the recognizable Streamline architectural style that I find fascinating. Unfortunately, this place has fallen into the trap where because it is considered historic, people see it as old, which then translates to 'We don't have to take care of it anymore because it isn't shiny and new.' Shame. The architecture WAS beautiful but it was overshadowed by the fact that it was in serious disrepair. Tiles on the floors were loose, paint was peeling, and over half of the stalls in the restroom were marked 'Out of Order.' It was sad looking around and imagining what it had been like in its former glory (I realize I probably shouldn't have looked at all those historic pictures) because it just wasn't half of what it used to be.

My experience with Platinum started off so well, but unfortunately when it came time to really show…read moretheir customer service, their true colors showed. I had a reservation for a bachelorette group for a winery tour on May 15th. Unfortunately on May 2nd the mother of the bride was admitted to the James Cancer Center's ICU due to a complication with her battle of stage 4 lung cancer. We weren't sure how it would go, as no one does, so we waited for the bride to let us know. Unfortunately as the days passed, her mother hadn't recovered enough for the group to make it out of town. The bride was the power of medical attorney. We contacted platinum on the last possible day to get a partial refund (which we were understanding of, it's in the contract) however we were met with a complete lack of empathy or help. They said they can still bring the bus to Columbus but we would need to pay more, otherwise we would lose the money. We stated we were within the contract & the 5 days of the event & the response was "I don't have the contract in front of me, I'm not in the office." It was 4 pm at this point on a Monday after calling and dealing with them all morning. Finally we brought in a legal aid rep to call & we got a partial refund. At NO POINT was there an expression of apologies or understanding surrounding the reason why. We had to fight all day to get a partial refund. Finally, today, I was able to send a letter the social worker helping on behalf of the family sent to help with financial obligations we might not have been able to hold up on our end. I sent the letter, along with an admittedly not very nice email stating how awful the customer service had been, additionally with a link to the now viral ceremony that was held that same weekend due to the unknown of whether the mom would make it to the actual wedding stating a request for a full refund in the hopes to help our family & friends with money. The response back was almost laughable if it wasn't so heartless: "Good Morning, No further refund will be issued and I have reviewed your email carefully. Your bus was held for you, and it could have been rented to others, which caused a loss in potential business to us. This matter is closed and we wish you the best moving forward. Thank you, Dawn " my response: Dawn, Thank you for your well wishes and thoughts for the family throughout this time Sorry you lost maybe $2000. We might be losing a loved one within the next few days. Have a great day! & finally, my favorite part, the response back: "I would suggest that you concentrate what precious time you have with your loved one, vs continued pursuit of this matter. You have a great day also, Dawn" That was the first acknowledgment of the bride's mom throughout the ENTIRE ordeal of our situation & THAT was the response. Basically at this point we don't care about the money. Just know if you book with platinum, they have zero regard for you, your friends or family unless you're putting money in their pockets. https://www.today.com/health/ohio-couples-holds-impromptu-wedding-local-hospital-so-mom-fighting-t220997 here is a link to some insight into how incredible & strong Taura is, how beautiful & resilient her daughter Carley is & how incredible #TauraStrong really is. Right now we are looking at numbered days. Any and all prayers are welcome. Sorry for the long review. Platinum customer service is trash.

We were lucky we didn't get stuck in Times Square Saturday night with the flat tire, we'd probably still be there! Our driver Al was the BEST! They were on time and were able to provide us with a large 55 passenger bus which was great to transfer a lot of people at once. In the world of wedding where anytime you put the word wedding in it the price increases by 3x, Great day was really well priced compared to any other transportation company I spoke with. They were quick to respond and flexible to changes of location as wedding plans evolved. My friends also used them and had a good experience as well. Only 1 negative was at the end of the night going back to the hotel the radio was not working so that kinda put a damper on things but lucky in today's age we have phones and played music on our phones to help keep the party rolling. I would highly recommend.

I booked Rockstar Party bus 6 months early for my twin sister's Bachelorette Party. We were getting the "Joplin" bus. I was very excited and had made several different sangria mixes and had bought a special cup with a lid for each guest so we could drink/party on the bus. This was the focus of the night (driving around, playing games, drinking on the bus) more so than the actual bar scene. I was told the bus would be there at 4:00 and on that day when I hadn't heard from them yet, I called at 1:30, 2:00 and 2:30 and left voice-mails. I didn't hear back until an hour before we should have been getting on the bus, and was told that the bus broke down. I wondered if they would have ever even called me if I hadn't left multiple messages. I asked if he had a replacement bus and he said no, fairly matter of factly. He then said, "If you guys just need a ride somewhere I can probably get someone to pick you up and drop you off in between other trips, but I have no guarantee on time" and when I explained that the whole night was based around the bus driving us around for 4 hours he said, "Oh, we definitely can't do that." Which infuriated me because it was as if my request was outrageous- despite the fact that that was EXACTLY what I had paid $900 for and agreed upon SIX months earlier! I do understand buses can break down. I do understand this may be a horrible, but unavoidable part of doing business. But instead of being apologetic, or offering us another service on the house in the future, or recommending other companies, we got "Well, maybe I can find a driver who will pick you guys up and drop you off somewhere but I can't guarantee any certain time." And again, even that courtesy was given to me an hour before the bus should have been at our hotel. The only good thing I can say about Rock Star Party bus is that they did refund me the full deposit I had paid.
