The previous company created an eNewsletter content and emailed it to my client contact list. Then it just because the eNewsletter. Then the eNewsletter had grammatical errors requiring me to proof-read it every month. And the price kept going up. The latest edition included a controversial book recommendation that would rankle most of my client base. Unique Litho would not remove this, claiming recommendations are made to cover a variety of topics. Strange I've never seen a recommendation from the other side of the aisle. Last month, I couldn't even open the link but trusted that this edition didn't have any grammatical errors or controversial content. (And at least one client reached out to me that he couldn't open the link either.) This is after a staff change. Even though emails continued to originate from this terminated staff person, she no longer worked at Unique Litho and something changed in the format of the eNewsletter. After a decade and a half, I've chosen to cancel my subscription rather than compromise my values and continue to pay for declining quality.

The huge put off was a $300 slap for art work, when it was to be the same card.
