Completely Irresponsible and Heartless Service - Avoid at All Costs!
I'm beyond outraged by the way Grey Forest handled a dangerous gas leak in our neighborhood. We are a family neighborhood with children who have to sleep with leaking gas without even knowing or being warned of their mistake. Not only did they cause the leak, affecting over 30 homes, but they also made us pay out of pocket for repairs without any reimbursement, despite their negligence! It's outrageous that we were left to cover the costs of fixing a problem they created.
To make matters worse, they refuse to come back out unless you can still smell gas, which is beyond dangerous. By the time you can smell gas, it could already be too late. Their response to a serious emergency was absolutely careless and reckless. They're putting lives at risk by not taking this seriously. This company is one accident away from a lawsuit or worse, a fatality.
Marlene and Brent Morales clearly have no regard for customer safety or responsibility. Their refusal to take accountability, compounded by their unprofessional and cold attitude, makes me question how they're still in business. I will never trust them again and highly recommend you look elsewhere for any service. read more
