Everything was completed within about 10-12 hours and they left my house exactly like they found it. I downgraded to 4 stars only because there seems to be a bit of a leak by the right hand corner of the shower door. I will be calling them tomorrow to see if they can send someone over to remedy this, when they do I will update back to 5 stars. Overall, excellent service, professional install, patient with questions, and respectful of my house! Great company. Just had my consultation with Rob and we put my new shower stall and toilet install into motion. He was polite and courteous and really took his time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything, especially the financing aspect. He answered all my questions and we also had a friendly chat to the point where I kind of felt bad because I know these sales calls cost time and money. I did not receive what I was shown I would get in the beginning. The contract holders did not receive what they paid for. They refuse to speak on the phone or email me even with the contract holder there. This is my only shower. I'm the only one who lives here. I needed to get my last shower replaced because it was leaking. I had no idea that this company would inflict so much damage. If you care about your space and peace of mind, please stay away from this company. I'm serious. I wish they had given me accurate information and not made so many errors. This all may have been avoided if they had spoken to me directly. They cumulatively have spent nearly 24 hours in my house since June (now August), and they still wanted to come back because they made another error. I finally asked the contract holder to say no. I can't emphasize enough the unprofessionalism of Luxury Bath. I'm guessing they will respond to this by saying I made a mistake. However, rest assured, I am being genuine.
