I believe it's a new branch so we are not sure if the service is as good as other Barcelos branches. I must say, this is the best branch of Barcelos when it comes to customer service. With a lineage like theirs, "Nando's" is a friend that you really ought to endeavor to stay in touch with. Their dishes are largely based upon the PERi-PERi chilli that was born in Mozambique, spent its influential teenage years being influenced by Portuguese explorers, and later found its home and settled down in Rosettenville, South Africa. And you thought you had an interesting origin story! Although their Afro-Portuguese chicken creations taste already deliciously marinated, you are more than welcome to supplement your meal from a selection of choices at their "spicy chilli sauce bar." However, be for-warned that their Extra Hot PERi-PERi is self-described as, "Like tackling a ferociously fiery dragon." Everytime, I come to Nando I always order their chicken. I mean that is what they are known for. I usually have them make my chicken with the garlic and herb sauce while B would have his Extra Hot. If you want the best deal get the whole chicken and share it. If you like specific part of the chicken then just get that specific part of the chicken. I like the food at this location. They are quite generous on the sauce. Note that if you opt to have the entree without any side, it is $2.99 less than the posted price for entree + 1 side.
