I was about 2.5 hours outside of Denver when we stopped at a gas station to use the facilities. When I turned the car off, a message flashed on my dashboard - No Key Fob Detected, press brake to restart. Somehow I was able to drive away from my home in Denver with the key still in the garage - unbelievable! Luckily I was able to restart the car, but I needed to have a new Fob made in order to get to South Dakota without risking safety issues on the balance of the trip. My husband called Jerry Remus, and confirmed they had a Fob in inventory - and I proceeded to the dealership. When I arrived, the team ensured that we all were settled comfortably in the waiting room - including my dog Casey - it was a very hot day and it would have been difficult without that courtesy. There were several wonderful employees that entertained both my daughter and my dog for the nearly three hours we were at the dealership that day. When we found that the problem could not be corrected until the next day, they helped me find a hotel that would allow dogs and ensured to give me a loaner car so that we were comfortable for the night. First thing in the morning, on a Saturday, the dealership made sure the key was programmed and we were able to get back on the road by 9:30 in the morning. The team was professional, courteous, kind, and I would recommend their service to anyone, anytime. Thanks to all!

I specifically asked about a carfax report before buying, the salesperson went on at length about how unreliable carfax is. Eight months later I received a free car fax report when I took the car in for service, and discovered the accident history myself, making the value of the vehicle a LOT less than what I owe. THis lack of Transparency is disappointing and erodes trust, for all the "we live in the area and rely on repeat customers so you can trust us" Always get your own vehicle history report, these people can't be trusted.

The vehicle was not drivable and was towed by Big Red Towing to Bud's Repair shop. Thankfully there were other cars going to the wedding from Denver and were able to pick them up and take them so they were at the mercy of Big Red Towing and Bud's Repair. The vehicle was left at the shop late Friday night for repairs the next day. My husband and I, here in Denver, were at the mercy of the shop to be honest, fair and timely with what needed to be done to the vehicle. To our delight, all that was wrong was too much deer carcass was lodged underneath and had to be removed to make the vehicle operable. Now who cleans out the mess, test drives the vehicle, checks the breaks etc and charges $40 in Denver?? NO one!! They had the vehicle up an running by 10 am that Saturday and ready for it to be picked back up the following day for a return trip to Denver from Lincoln. We were so pleased with the service. I had a wonderful experience to ensure my satisfaction. They were professional of their work. The certain staff members that I dealt with and were very knowledgeable, plus it was a super of these staff members who went above and beyond their precious time of their duties of their work, to service myself and my vehicle. When you enter the garages prior to any work, you might be greeted with Shana, the service manager and or Brycen, the service advisor. It's always nice to see a friendly smile. They both have excellent customer service and are wonderful in every which way. I could tell that they were so very understanding of my concerns. They got me in with two separate appointments plus additional appointment to install the part on November 29th, approving the service inspection of my vehicle, without charging me extra. I mean seriously, they could have charged me for these appointments, with having these unknown questions to them towards my vehicle, especially since I requested to be in the service garage examining my vehicle, while it was on the lift. They are friendly, listened carefully, had patience towards me. I felt comfortable, and never felt I was being rushed with my concerns of my questions of my vehicle. It shows me there is a lot of wonderful and kind staff members of Bill Summers, and that they do take pride of their job positions plus for the customers and their vehicles. Yes, they do worry for the safety of our vehicles out on the road and the safety of others. I felt like I was in good hands within them. They answered my questions truthfully. The guys that I dealt with was Steve on November 14th and Sam on December 2nd, in the service technicians dept. showing me up close of my vehicle in the garage. They took time out of there busy schedule to explain everything of a certain part of my vehicle, the concerns that I had. The service technicians were prompt, professional, and the final results exceeded my expectations with the honesty and truthful of their words to me. They also went above and beyond their work in helping me out. I am sure I was the talk of their business service dept in a humor way, stating my name of the number of times I called, but I just felt within my heart, something wasn't right and needed to find out my answers to the questions I had. They were great in calming my nerves of what took place previously, and I was so impressed with the level of service that they treated me with respect and dignity. I feel they should all be recognized in their work positions. Don't ever judge a business that actually does a good job until you actually find out, that they do care, and are very much concern They were prompt and professional, to ensure that I was satisfied with all the service that I received, and I am very grateful to all of them. I would definitely use Bill Summers of North Platte in the future and truly recommend it to others.
