There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to my physical therapist Adan! Adan gave me very professional, and courteous care at my every physical therapy visit. He always made sure that I felt welcomed and that he truly cared for my well-being. Thank you, Adan! Leslie, with Adan's guidance for my physical therapy at times, also treated me with professionalism and kindness at my every visit. Thank you Leslie! Marlene makes sure that as soon as you walk in the door she always greets you with a warm smile and genuine kindness! She makes sure that every patient feels welcome and cared for from start to finish during every visit! Thank you, Marlene! Last but not least I can also say that Mike treats his patients with the utmost level of care and professionalism. I could witness that interaction with his patients at my every visit as well even though I wasn't his patient. The level of care is amazing, but also the level of cleanliness in this facility and their equipment after every use by the patient! I highly recommend this facility to everyone who is seeking service from a professional, courteous, and caring physical therapist. Sincerely Sergio

Admiral Physical Therapy is a really great place to go for physical therapy treatment and…read morerehabilitation after physical injuries or while trying to get back on your feet after hospital stays. I was treated after a sports injury and the Doctors got me onto a program that worked for me very well. I went there right after getting injured since I knew I needed therapy and the doctors evaluated me and got me going at a good comfortable pace. I recommend Admiral Physical Therapy in Brownsville, TX to anyone in the Rio Grande Valley needing a Physical Therapist.

I was initially evaluated by a recent medical school graduate with only four months of experience, who discharged me with a vague diagnosis of "headaches" and a prescription for nausea--without adhering to proper protocols or completing the diagnostic orders I arrived with. The attending physician never entered my room or spoke with me prior to discharge, relying solely on Dr. Zapien's inaccurate assertion that I had presented for headaches, which was far from the truth. It was only after a family member--an experienced Emergency Room Physician and faculty member at a leading medical school--advocated on my behalf that my discharge was canceled and I was admitted to 4 East. Unfortunately, conditions deteriorated further upon admission. My stay on 4 East was characterized by patient mistreatment and a disturbing disregard for ethical standards. My assigned nurse, Branden, exhibited gross unprofessionalism and moral insensitivity, engaging in unsolicited, inappropriate, and psychologically intrusive commentary that had no place in a medical setting. His conduct demonstrated a complete lack of respect for patient dignity, emotional well-being, and trauma-informed care principles. Another unknown doctor came in and told me in a terse tone that people live with my condition. I was moved without my doctor knowing to a regular room, I spent a few hours there and was flown out to a hospital in Houston for open-heart surgery! Ridiculous!!! I'm blessed that my two doctors held their own: Dr. Menon and Dr. Georgiadis.
