I've been dealing with back issues since 2021 after my C-section, and it's been a long, painful…read morejourney. I haven't been able to stand up straight, walk for more than an hour, or even lay on my back for more than 10 minutes without significant pain. I've gone to three different therapy offices over the years, and unfortunately, none of them were able to truly help or resolve my pain. My doctor recommended VHH Family, and I'm so grateful they did. From the moment I walked in, the experience was completely different. Sowmiya provided absolutely amazing, phenomenal care. She didn't just focus on my pain she took the time to get to know me as a person. That meant so much to me. For the first time, I didn't feel like just another patient or number. I felt heard, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Although I'm still in the healing process, I can truly feel the improvement happening in a healthy and effective way. Sowmiya uses techniques that actually make a difference, and she even taught me how to manage my pain at home, which has helped me so much in my daily life. Her assistant, Ariana, is just as incredible. She has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced always kind, attentive, and supportive. The two of them make an amazing team, and you can really see how well they work together to provide the best care possible. At the other therapy offices I've been to, it always felt rushed like "go here, do this, okay you're done." I honestly don't think they even knew who I was. But here, it's completely different. I highly recommend coming here and asking for Sowmiya and Ariana. Thank you both for helping me feel like myself again.

We picked our top two and were happy that Windsor was one that her insurance covered. All of the staff were very good, kind and courteous to my mother. It was a very clean facility. The physical therapy and occupational therapy staff was top-notch. We really loved all of them. The nurses, the aids, maintenance workers, cleaning staff as well as the House doctor were fantastic. She liked the food ok (they served a lot of beans!), it was better than the food at the hospital. Most of the rooms were double patient rooms, but there were a few single private rooms available, but you need to request them. The only complaint that I have was a big mixup regarding when we left. We were told three different times that when we leave, she will be given anything that she needs to continue her quality of life like a wheelchair, walker, cane... and would go through the insurance. When it was time for her to leave, they told us that they could not provide the seated walker because we lived out of state. Evidently that is only for people that live in state, but everyone knew that we did not live in Texas. It was a big rush for my father and I to go out and try to find a walker with a seat at the last minute. Had we known earlier I would've ordered one off of Amazon because she was there for 12 days. I asked at the very beginning and we were told that she would be leaving with one so we did not order it. Had we not had that mixup, they definitely would've received five stars.

They decide to tell me that they had trouble verifying my insurance and for that reason I was scheduled for an appointment they had over a month and I have to reach out to me and get this sorted and they choose a day of my appointment to look into my insurance. Once they finally did, they basically told me my insurance was only able to cover $75 off the entire visit and the consultation itself. I was looking at over $150 and asked for the procedures they were gonna do. I was looking at paying $1500-$5000. From my understanding, I thought pain management was just to help you with prescriptions. They told me prescriptions is not what they do and that it's more of a treatment center with different medical procedures. I waited a month and a half to see these people to help get my terrible pain under control only for them to wait the day of my appointment to be told this information. If I could give these people less than a one star, I would. Terrible communication and lack of care for the patient. Absolutely do not consider going here.
