Dr. Greg is friendly and meticulous. He is very careful and understands the pain. He is patient and will help fix any dental problems you have. I'd drive an hour to see him for check ups and cleaning. They are honest and will not suggest unnecessary procedures for monetary reasons.

We went to a number of consults that were complimentary in the area, however LACOMS and Dr. Kupferman in particular charged $550 which we were prepared to pay. We came in with a recent CT and Xrays. So no scans were needed. We were very clear in wanting a detailed treatment plan, timelines, and cost. We got nothing!!! Instead, we were referred to Dr. Aaron Schwartzman, a prosthodontist. He explained that he needed to consult with Dr. Schwartzman to come up with a comprehensive plan. We then made an appointment to see Dr. Schwartzman at the Prosthodonic Center which we were initially told would cost $285 for the consult. When we arrived, we spoke about different options, however nothing was definitive. He said he would speak with Dr. Kupferman for the final treatment plan and include costs and timelines. He gave me a loose VERBAL range of what he thought it might be. Then later wanted to charge an additional $700+ for more scans and tests. We already came in with a recent CT and Xrays. This would have cost close to $1000 for just the initial visit. Between the two of the Doctors, it would have been over $1500+. We stopped at $285 with Dr. Schwartzman. This was a complete RIP OFF. To be tossed around from one doctor to another without getting a proper comprehensive treatment plan, timelines and costs is absolutely ridiculous . We paid a total of $835 for NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING. This is highly unethical and I regret coming here. I plan to file several complaints to prevent this from happening to others.

He took the time to clearly explain the procedure, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His confidence and professionalism immediately put me at ease. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I was impressed by how efficient and gentle the entire process was. Recovery was far easier than I expected, which really speaks to Dr. Lee's skill and precision. The office staff was also wonderful -- friendly, organized, and supportive before and after the procedure. If you're feeling nervous about oral surgery (like most people do), Dr. Jay Lee is exactly the kind of doctor you want. I felt genuinely cared for and am so grateful for the experience. Highly recommend!

He offered us a televideo conference to avoid an office visit during COVID19, explained what would happen in detail, and was able to see her right away. Beforehand he came out and answered all of her questions without once talking down to her and calmed her (and my) fears. Texted us personally that night to see how she was faring, and when I texted him with a few questions, he got right back to me and encouraged me to keep in touch. He even called when I worried that the medication was upsetting her stomach. An actual phone call. The surgery seems to have gone well. The bedside manner has been great. If you want a surgeon who is there for you before, during and after, choose Dr. Lee. Also, and this is important, the office staff was great in scheduling us in, checking insurance, getting me a cost estimate, and just being kind to us. And all COVID19 precautions were thoroughly in place and made us feel safe.

The surgery was very hard as all 4 teeth were completely impacted but everything went perfectly and she is healing beautifully! We are so pleased and so grateful for Dr. Gabby's hard work. He was kind and gentle and compassionate and skilled every step of the way. He made sure she did not have any pain and put her completely to sleep. after surgery, She had very little discomfort and only took a few Advils the next few days. He even called to make sure she was doing all right. She had very minimal swelling which I couldn't believe and she was up and about in a few days. We did our research and due diligence and trust me, there is nobody as skilled as Dr Gabby. I trust him implicitly and anyone that sees him is ve try fortunate. A million thank you's to Dr. Gabby for treating Sophie so impeccably and with such grace and genuine kindness.

I went to this Dr. Gabbaypour after being referred for an impacted upper wisdom tooth. My general…read moredentist wasn't comfortable removing it due to its position, so I was sent here. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During the consultation, I felt judged and talked down to for not having my wisdom teeth removed earlier. I was told that at 31, I was "old" for this procedure, and that complications would be higher because I hadn't done this when I was younger. This felt unnecessary and dismissive, my teeth had never caused issues before, and I had only ever been advised to remove them if they became a problem. I also felt that there was little acknowledgment that not everyone undergoes procedures like this early on, whether due to personal, medical, or financial reasons. The tone came across as more critical than informative. Paying to have all 4 teeth removed at once when you're young is not only unnecessarily traumatic, but it is EXPENSIVE. That is why my parents never had me do it at a young age. I was also told that I had to be put under anesthesia for the procedure. I explained that I had all my other wisdom teeth removed with only local anesthesia and was hoping to do the same. However, I was told that wouldn't be possible in my case. No clue why. Just sounded like he wanted to charge the extra that it would have cost and make some extra money. Uncomfortable with both the tone of the appointment and the insistence on general anesthesia, I decided to seek a second opinion. Another oral surgeon confirmed that general anesthesia was NOT required for this procedure and successfully removed the tooth using only local anesthesia. I'm sharing this so others feel empowered to get a second opinion, especially if something doesn't sit right. My experience here felt more pushy and judgmental than informative or patient-centered.

I was sent home with zero aftercare instructions. When I asked Dr. Harouni about my diet, he told me to "use my discretion" -- which is not an appropriate answer after oral surgery. I felt rushed and dismissed. When I called the office the next day to request guidance, the front desk was similarly unhelpful. I had been doing my own research on aftercare (because I had no choice), and when I mentioned this, I was told that research isn't always reliable. That response is unacceptable -- if the doctor had given me proper instructions, I wouldn't have needed to research anything. The written instructions they eventually emailed me were vague and generic, listing foods like pasta, eggs, and cheese as appropriate starting points -- foods that require tongue manipulation and are typically served hot, neither of which is appropriate in the early days after a tongue excision with sutures. Patients deserve to feel supported after surgery. I did not. I hope future patients are treated with more care and dignity than I was.
