I wasted time and money seeing multiple doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturist and even spent over 15K at Spinatomy in Van Nuys for my lower back and not ONE helped me with my pain. After I met with Dr. Glaser I knew I was in great hands. I explained to him what I was feeling and what would trigger my pain. He did an exam and immediately knew where the pain was coming from and what needed to be done. IT WAS MY NERVES! He advised for me to get 2 Medial Branch Blocks and if they were both successful then a Radiofrequency Ablation would need to be performed. I did all 3 and I feel amazing! I can say he is one of the few doctors that I trust with my medical care and that I would highly recommend to my family and friends or anyone seeking pain management. He hasn't gotten rid of me though because now I am starting migraine treatment with him. The office is beautiful. The moment you walk in you are greeted by the wonderful ladies at front desk. Huge thanks to Leslie for always squeezing me in and answering all of my questions and to Lisa for always making my check-in process easy. I have been utterly desperate to treat my pain now that I can get certain treatments that were not safe during the nine months of pregnancy, such as an epidural. I literally counted down the days until this appointment with hopes of some kind of answer and relief towards what has become a life changing injury/condition. And because I had changed insurance once I got pregnant, I still haven't received the card, despite many a call to the insurance company. However this office had already verified my insurance over the phone days prior but ended up turning me away for not having the card on me. This office just wants your money, not your recovery.

A month later, I hardly feel the pain, unless I lift something heavy or try to reach out to my left side. Very happy about the result of the PRP. During the process, Der. Roofian was very professional and caring. As instructed, I came back to his Tarzana office a month later to check up on my shoulder pain. At this time, he gave me a cortisone shot for my upper back pain. Now, I'm virtually pain free and back to normal as long as I don't excert or abuse my left shoulder. We we're both told that she was only getting her neck done and that the procedure would only take an hour. Let's do the math we get here at 7am. They call her into the back at 8am. And remember 1 hour for the procedure. I've been waiting in the waiting room for over 5 hours. For a procedure that is only 1 hours long. And yes, after she went in at 8am I gave a grace period and ect. Once 10:30am- 11am. I went and asked what was taking a procedure that is only 1 hour long, what was going on. And they in formed me that she was barely starting the procedure, that was at 11am. What the fuck are these doctors doing. Won't recommend this place. They have no clue what they are doing and they lied to my mom saying that she was here to get not 1 but 2 procedure neck and back. And she was lied to when we got here. This place is a joke!
