I wasted time and money seeing multiple doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturist and even spent over 15K at Spinatomy in Van Nuys for my lower back and not ONE helped me with my pain. After I met with Dr. Glaser I knew I was in great hands. I explained to him what I was feeling and what would trigger my pain. He did an exam and immediately knew where the pain was coming from and what needed to be done. IT WAS MY NERVES! He advised for me to get 2 Medial Branch Blocks and if they were both successful then a Radiofrequency Ablation would need to be performed. I did all 3 and I feel amazing! I can say he is one of the few doctors that I trust with my medical care and that I would highly recommend to my family and friends or anyone seeking pain management. He hasn't gotten rid of me though because now I am starting migraine treatment with him. The office is beautiful. The moment you walk in you are greeted by the wonderful ladies at front desk. Huge thanks to Leslie for always squeezing me in and answering all of my questions and to Lisa for always making my check-in process easy. Nikita is amazing and friendly always making me feel calm while doing my medical intake (it would always cause me anxiety to discuss my medical problems). And Julie, she's at check out, super sweet and helpful when it comes to insurance questions and booking appts and procedures. The surgical center, hands down the best! And yes, after she went in at 8am I gave a grace period and ect. Once 10:30am- 11am. I went and asked what was taking a procedure that is only 1 hour long, what was going on. And they in formed me that she was barely starting the procedure, that was at 11am. What the fuck are these doctors doing. Won't recommend this place. They have no clue what they are doing and they lied to my mom saying that she was here to get not 1 but 2 procedure neck and back. And she was lied to when we got here. This place is a joke!

I was referred by an attorney on a lien after being in a major car accident, that wasn't due to anything I had control over. Upon meeting him i advised him of past experiences with opiates and my concern that was met with a standoffish stance from Naveed, only speaking my truth. I didn't ask for medication. After going through the motions on my end with epidurals with Naveed, I had a surgery at Tova with an outside surgeon. I was advised by my designated post surgery guardian that while in the waiting room, a conversation between Mr. Natanzi and the surgeon was clearly overheard. Which in accordance with HIPAA Privacy Rule (45 CFR 164.510(b) isn't legal. Mr. Natanzi was asked by the surgeon what he should prescribe me, to which Mr. Natanzi stated "Don't, he's a drug addict". Which was all heard from the waiting room in the lobby of Tova Surgical Center. A phone conversation was had between Mr. Natanzi and myself upon hearing of this which is vehemently denied ever occurring. Mr.Natanzi called back 20 minutes following the initial denial, apologizing saying he shouldn't have said the above statement. With that being said, this is 30 minutes upon leaving the center, post surgery. If anybody has a question, this should be all you need to see about the type of care expressed by Mr. Natanzi.

I can tell you unequivocally, Dr. Nevo is the most caring, kind, personable, and understanding doctors that I've ever seen.
