This is the FOURTH TIME I have had to call them about my refund. Each time they PROMISE, We will call you back with either an Account Manager or Regional Manager to discuss. I have NOT heard from them. My Advice is Don't Use Them. The field people are good enough but MANAGEMENT is horrible as to customer communication. This review is in regard to the Termite division for this company. I have been using them for 3 years. Every year, including this year they have showed up at my house WITHOUT scheduling an appointment. Every year I have complained. I spoke with a new supervisor this year that I am hoping will resolve the communication problems and that he felt like he knew who was failing to schedule the appointments/communicate. In addition, the bill I sent was for $180. When I went online my account showed a charge of $187. I contacted the company to complain about this and request a credit of more than just $7 for my stress and trouble but they only credited $7. Also Tim Freeman responded to my email stating that they had tried to contact me, which, THEY DID NOT, which led me to write this review. If you can't take ownership for your companies problems, they likely will not be resolved. Very disappointing. If it wasn't costly to switch termite companies, I would've already done it. They're good at taking your money ... not much else. If you need pest control, in between scheduled appointments ... good luck. I called our Technician, and the local office, and was told someone would call back. It never happened. Their piss-poor customer service is inexcusable. read more

I originally found 3 unfed adult bedbugs in our daughter's room on the floor, in a frame under her dresser. The inspector said that was unheard of. He said if I hadn't kept them he wouldn't believe me. I didn't care he couldn't find evidence of them ANYWHERE ELSE in the house. Take my money, heat the whole house! We have a 2100sq ft house, we were told with the number of machines they have it should take 9 hours. Their email confirmation with day and time is set for 8 hours, fine, close enough. FFW to treatment day, treatment guy again checks house, finds nothing. I told him do his due diligence, it'll make me feel better. We take all bedding in big bags to the laundry mat, prep house, move all pets and get a room for the day (additional $200) Treatment should end about 5pm. 2:00 rolls around we get a call and text from treatment guy calls text letting us know he will be done by 3pm. Ring doorbell shows him leaving approximately 245. At this point I'm already irritated because I know if he hadn't done this correctly our problem just got bigger. Only one of our peoples in a household of 7 had been bit before this point. We are now at day 3 past treatment and 3 more of us are now being bit. Original room is great, she has no bites. Now our son across the house is being eaten up as well as myself and my husband having bites. Here we were thinking we had it so easy and they just took advantage of us thinking they were treating a house that didn't need it and left us worse off than before. In a nutshell, Gregory Pest exists solely for the sake, and benefit, of Gregory Pest. Near as I can tell they are not interested in providing an actual service. I have had two significant interactions with the company over the past two years and in neither case have they done anything to make me believe that they actually provide a service to their customers. It's been almost comical really, with the punchline being ... Me! In one instance we discovered some very minor termite damage during an inspection prior to selling our house (the bugs infiltrated an exterior wall but died off quickly). Amazingly, Gregory did everything and said everything they could to claim the damage was not covered under their insurance - That it occurred prior to the house's coverage term. Unfortunately, the facts were not on their side. The house had been treated and insured by Gregory, under the previous (original) owner. And we carried the same policy forward and renewed it once the house was outside the original policy term. Uhm, excuse me, but during which time was the house NOT covered by Gregory? Being as that I was working 60+ hours and had no time for such nonsense, we dropped the case and took care of the $250 in repairs ourselves. $250, really? Second instance ... I own rental real estate as well. And, early on, thought that insurance was necessary and appropriate. So I hired Gregory to treat and insure a couple of rental houses. Five years into one of the policies, the inspector found standing water in the crawlspace (we'd just gone through the fifty-year flood). Well, guess what, if the company doesn't do an annual inspection then they don't insure the property any longer. They still take your money, but they don't insure the property for damage. Huh? Once I'd remedied the water issue, I got a bunch of red tape run-around in trying to reinstate the policy. No damage or claim, I just wanted the policy reinstated. After all, I've got some $1,500 vested in the policy to date ... Figured I should keep it till it runs out at least, eh? Red tape, more money, more run-around ... Just don't have time to fight with people who refuse to provide a service I'm paying for. Oh well ... Joke's been on me! I'd go with Hunter Pest any day of the week over Gregory. No run-around, courteous, sensible, MUCH less costly, and they aren't always trying to sell me stuff I don't need. read more

My landlord uses this company. The technician is very rude and disrespectful. He makes nasty comments about "them popl" not bothering to clean behind refrigerator or stove then he discovers is unfounded. Because when u pills it out it's clean behind both; then states he surprised "them people" cleaned. He unzips and goes through personal bags then goes off on what is in a bag that belongs to the man hanging curtains. Unreal behavior, very unprofessional, needs cultural diversity training. read more

Gregory's came to my home to do a treatment on 06/08/2020. We had to leave because it was a heat treatment, which means they have free reign of your home. While there, one of the two technicians decide to relieve himself in MY bathroom; instead of going somewhere OUTSIDE of my home; and left a SHITTY MESS ON MY TOILET!! How dare you! It should be your company policy that your workers not use customer restrooms without permission! I will never use you again and as a direct result of this, my mother has also cancel her contract with you! I'll be telling everyone I know!! read more

My wife and I switched to Gregory about a year ago. We thought pest control was pest control. Gregory's different. Their tech has been fantastic. Very knowledgeable and careful to make sure we know what he's doing and why it matters. My wife and I want to do pest control using safe, but effective chemicals. Gregory's all about that. I really am impressed with their professionalism. They are worth the money! read more
