This is the worst dental experience I have ever had! Medical is kind of California benefits, but someone just use it the money maker ! One of my healthy and complete teeth was ruined by this doctor and his team! They only care about how to make money from the insurance company! I had two teeth that needed crowns, but he reported 7 when filing the insurance application. No matter which one passed, it would be a profit for them! So my healthy teeth were approved by the insurance company, but the medical and nursing level was dismal, and there were countless adjurations! My teeth were swollen and bleeding, and I couldn't chew for half a year. After seeing the doctor for half a year, they told me that there was a problem with my teeth, so I recommended this another dentist to see you... Of course, the consultation at the agent he designated cost $250, which was not covered by insurance, and root canal insurance was not covered. It seems that this is their last chance to use me to defraud insurance income! read more

He's been our family dentist for years and we are extremely happy with our results every time!!! Story time... I cracked my veneer last month in December and Dr. Le and his team helped me get my smile back very quickly. They care so much for their patients with follow-up calls and emails (and sometimes text messages) to make sure everything is fine and to remind us of our scheduled visits. Thank you for that!!! Also, I tried their oral mouthwash and it really works!!! It takes a few times to get used to it, but I'm telling you, I am no longer embarrassed of having bad breath in public. I miss Dr. Rose!!!! He was a great dentist, and an artist. He was compassionate man that dealt really well with patients with dental phobias. Dr. Le is personable, but does not stand by his work and tries to wiggle out of his responsibility by saying he would have recommended something that he didn't recommend when he did the work. Then he tried to say he hadn't done a thorough exam. What? I was in the office multiple times, had x-rays, but you didn't do a thorough exam? After spending enough to buy a new car on my mouth, I shouldn't have to be replacing the work he did 3 months ago. He said the tooth was fragile because it had a previous root canal. He knew that BEFORE I spend a crap ton of money getting a cap put on it. Then he tried to get me to spend MORE money for a custom night guard. I told him he should pay for it since it was his negligence that I'm in the situation I'm in. He declined. They did get me in right away to fix their shoddy work. They made me initial a waiver before they would build up and re-glue the cap. They tried to scare me out of having work done in Mexico. But that is where I'm headed! This office is supposed to specialized in fearful patients. If you have dental phobias, I recommend you try somewhere else. The staff is not careful, one of his assistants hurt me so many time I had to ask that she be replaced. When Dr. Rose owned the practice everything was state of the art. Now even my husband's regular dentist has crown 3-D CAD etc. They are behind the times. read more

I've always had a fear of dentist, the first initial visit they had to put up with my tears and nerves. I honestly can say I've never felt more comfortable and made to feel at home. I need extensive care from years of neglect. It took a lot of courage to come in and finally gave my fears but couldn't have asked for a better team, shout out to the office manager Kristen and Dr Le himself. I finally feel like I've conquered my fears and feel like the genuinely care about my dental health and assisting me on my journey. Dr. Le is the best dentist I've ever had, and I am always going to him from now on! I'll be honest, I was so scared of going to the dentist that I avoided going for 5 years. I had bad experiences with other offices in the past and it really soured me on the whole thing. Obviously my dental health really suffered, and when a filling fell out of my tooth I had no choice but to go in right away. Let me just say, I had a complete turnaround of my dental anxiety! Dr. Le is the perfect dentist for anyone who's sensitive to pain. He has a method of delivering anesthetics and working on your teeth that I guarantee is pain-free, even for squeamish people like me. Seriously, I'm typically in a panicked state as soon as I sit down in the chair, but I feel 100% better about dental visits now. I am never ever going back to my old dentist who was rough and never told me what he was doing. It feels like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. You can tell Dr. Le cares a lot and will talk you through the whole experience and make sure you feel at ease. He is honest about what treatment you actually need as well. Also, my tooth looks great! I first visited Dr. Le's office a little over a year ago, and it has since been the place I go to for all my dental work. I usually dread going to the dentist but I couldn't be more pleased with the services I received here. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I had my teeth cleaning done by Norma and she is very good at what she does. She would explain every step of the process to me and was very gentle which made it easy. I also consulted with Dr. Le regarding my interest in getting veneers. Dr Le is not only nice and friendly, but also such a great dentist. He has this calming effect. Even with his busy schedule, he spent a great amount of his time explaining the whole procedure to me and made sure I knew what to expect. He answered any questions I had and also offered me advice. Ok so I've had a root canal and tooth removal since my last review and if I could add two bonus stars I would. It's amazing how personable and knowledgeable Dr. Le and his team are. No long waits and they even give u headphones if you want to listen to your iPod/phone during the dental procedure. Sidenote: I'm pretty sure Dr.Le is a part time comedian. That guy is pretty funny! Today was my tooth removal. The whole time I'm tensed up waiting for the pain to kick in when Dr.Le told me we were finished. Tooth was out. I was like NO WAY... Are u serious?? I really can't stress enough at how happy I am that I chose this team of professionals to care for my smile. The kicker is the follow up call I received this evening. It was actually from Dr.Le himself. Checking to make sure I was feeling ok. I've never had ANY doctor personally follow up with me. He will definitely remain my dentist until my teeth fall out.... I went into Dr. Le's office to have a teeth cleaning done at 7 AM, first and only patient in the office. He didn't get around to seeing me till 8 AM then proceeded to ignore me again until 8:30. He then charged me $150 for a mediocre tooth cleaning. They didn't even offer me floss! Then the blonde secretary had a lot of attitude. I truly can't recommend Dr. Gregory and his staff enough. I went in with really intense pain due to a failed root canal I received elsewhere about a year prior. It was my first time there and I felt at home immediately. The staff was beyond friendly and the environment was comfortable and relaxing. What I truly have to mention in this review, is that I was able to reach Dr. Gregory on his direct number due to an emergency with my infection. It was his day off, but he asked that I send him pictures of my swollen face. Once he saw it he insisted I come in for an emergency appointment to drain the infection. The fact that I was able to get a hold of him so easily and meet with him 45 minutes after our conversation is phenomenal. They take great care of you and I really feel I'm in good hands here. read more

As a person with extreme Dental Anxiety, I would just like to say that Norma is the kindest and gentlest Hygienist I have known. I am a big baby with a lot of fear and sensitive teeth and she takes her time and never hurts me. The staff are all friendly, and Dr. Le is very nice, but to me it's all about Norma! But more than anything, what I really appreciate is that he called me personally and made me feel heard (re: the receptionist shaming me about not knowing my benefits). It is a bit pricy here but I was happy with the results always. So recently I had an issue with my insurance company. When I called to resolve the issue (I found out some of the treatments I received was not covered by the insurance) I was scolded that it's my responsibility to know my insurance. I was surprised how quickly their attitude changed. I didn't get any empathy from them but got lectured for not knowing my own plan. When you give your Insurance card to the receptionist and they tell you that they will find out your benefits for you, you trust that they will do their job. They gave me the wrong information on my befits which led me to receiving services that weren't going to get reimbursed by the insurance. If anything I was expecting the receptionist to be apologetic for the mistake they have made. But nope, she was very rude during our conversation and I wasn't treated with respect at all. I was able to remain calm and friendly but I was still treated with rudeness and hostility. I don't want to name anyone here but until then I thought really highly of the whole team since most of them treated me with warmth and respect. I had a filling put in less then a year ago. Dr. Le did not actually put in the filling, he had his assistant do this. It was the end of the day and he was out the door. The filling failed and I went in to have it fixed. He charged me for this and then the filling failed again within two days. Dr. Le also was insistent that I have a root canal done. I have now seen a new dentist to fix the problem because I do not trust this greedy fraud and based on the second opinion, I do not need a root canal. I recently started going here. The facility is clean with a lot of cool, high tech devices. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. Overall, the experience was positive but the thing I liked most about my visits have been the people interaction with the staff and Dr. Le.
