Everybody in the office always remembers the last conversations we had even though I only visit two times per year. They have incredible memory and are very personable. Two months ago, my general dentist informed me that my lower right wisdom tooth needed to be removed before it got impacted and silly me, I did not really prioritize it. Fast forward two months and just out of the blue, my wisdom tooth went from a dormant zero pain to an unbearable perfect 10 on the pain meter. Called their office and talked to Rosalind who was very understanding and compassionate about the pain situation and managed to fit me in that SAME day I called not just for consultation but for the surgery as well. I called their regular dentist and got an answer machine. I called another dentist I used to see and got another answering machine. Then I called Schmitt, Saini & Wiley and got patched through to an after-hours dispatcher. I gave my information and within 5 minutes got a call from Dr. Saini personally who drove in and opened the office to help my child on his day off. Thankfully it wasn't a trauma that required immediate urgent care and Dr. Saini fixed her up with a seal to protect her teeth and scheduled an appointment in a few days to continue the procedure and discuss the longer term treatment. Dr. Saini was amazing! His bedside manner was awesome. He was incredible with kids and explained exactly what was going to happen and assured no pain or anexity for my child, who was already terrified of what was going to happen with her teeth. He walked through the longer term care in detail and explained all of the scenarios we were looking at (best, expected, and worst case). We left so relieved, and my child was pain free. I'm officially changing both my kids over to this dental office. Hands down saved my sanity, along with my kids teeth, through the selflessness of Dr. Saini, and I feel like I found a permanent dental office for my kids from now on.
