A woman by the name of Nancy Tolma called me back. I returned her phone call and was told that they would not show me the home unless I gave them all of my financial information. This home will need major repairs, and my wife and I wanted to see it before we decided to even think of purchasing it. I was told by Mrs. Tolma that this is how they do business and I was welcome to contact the listing agent and have them show me the home. I must say I was quite shocked at the lack of professionalism this person showed me. I understand that you do not want to waste time on people who might not be able to afford the homes they ask to see, but that is part of the real estate business.
