He answers his phone, responds to text messages, and communicates clearly. We felt comfortable with having Greg in our house for three weeks and would undoubtedly do business with his company again. Greg completed our project in three weeks which we thought was reasonable for an entire master bath remodel. This included demolition down to the framing. Greg stayed within scope of the project and hired good help when needed. We really enjoyed that we did not need to direct the help (plumber, electrician, or tile guy) Greg made sure that he fully understood what we wanted and made sure it all happened. Greg was able to show us tile designs and even draw patterns on paper to ensure we would get what we wanted. Greg does very high quality work. The final product of our bathroom is absolutely stunning. I still walk in there each day and smile when I look around. His attention to detail right down to the trim is exceptional. We have already had several guests at the house and everyone is stunned when they walk in our new bathroom. Greg's standards are very high. If there was ever something that he felt needed adjustment, he would fix it. Nothing went overlooked or undone. The bottom line is that it's hard to find good contractors in Summit County that will stick to a schedule and timeline. He finally came over and I was excited that I finally found someone who could do the work and was pleasant and price conscience. He presented me with an estimate for the window repair and I immediately agreed to the price and let him know. That's where everything stopped. I waited and waited and waited even more for a call back with an estimate but my numerous calls, texts and emails were never answered. I finally sent an email asking for his advice on window repair versus replacement and he emailed me back basically telling me what a bad idea we were thinking of, but he never gave me the courtesy of even a short email saying he was too busy to take care of the repair of our windows, especially the one that was blown out by the wind. Summit county has very few people who do the work the owner does, so I totally understand he was too busy, but why did he not respond to my repeated texts/ calls/emails so I could just move on and find someone else? When I agreed to the pricing I figured he was at least interested in doing the work and we were willing to wait. I also had a house full of other windows needed adjusting, so it wasn't like this job was too small. I eventually had to go out of county to find a reputable service but I would have contacted them much sooner had I figured out the owner did not want my business. Unfortunately I had to have his business removed from my realtor's recommended service providers because I could no longer endorse the company. I am disappointed that so many contractors and service providers don't give potential customers the courtesy of a quick text or email saying sorry, they have plenty of work and don't want extra work. Maybe some day these folks will need the work and I won't be using them. If you are looking for window repair or servicing in the Summit County area, look further west to the Vail Valley or Eagle area. Summit County has so few, and the one I thought was the best fit is unresponsive.

They brought a Pella 250 series, SINGLE hung in the WRONG size. They installed it with the promise of the correct window would be installed as soon as they got it in and I would be refunded. My house was left a mess. STILL NO COMMUNICATION from the owners. To top it off, the installer no longer works for them... I would avoid all the people involved with this company until they get themselves straightened out and PROFESSIONAL.

Their claims of quality during sales became claims of things at least meeting industry standards for minimums. Never an apology, just blaming others and threatening me with court if I didn't pay them. I remember a time when people had pride in their work, but that seems to be long ago.
