No work done or materials delivered - now totally ghosted. Owner has moved with no forwarding address. Sheriff has been unable to serve him with papers. Will be taking Rocky Hart to court in June to try to recover deposit. Have been contacted by two other victims of his scam, each having paid thousands of dollars for deposits.
