But yesterday afternoon, driving my '97 Boxster back from Philly to Wilmington, it rained heavily the whole way and there was a lot of spray from speeding (55 limit = 70), heavy traffic and also fog on I-95. The yellow-tinted sunglasses turned out to be perfect fog and spray cutters. Quite amazing. I mean it was like the road was clear. Big trucks and black pickups come from the fast lane and cut in front of me to spray my yellow roadster good, but I was OK vision wise. Fortuitus mistake or not, the yellow tinting worked out fine. Good to know. All's well that ends well.

Additional training in customer service would greatly benefit her and improve the overall client experience. This situation requires immediate attention to prevent further issues. They are more interested in receiving their co-pay than having clients wait over an hour to be prepped. Appointments last between 2 - 3 hours for NO apparent reason when the procedure is about only 10 minutes in duration.

When you call and ask for billing dept most times no one answers. Once I called and gave a credit card to pay my bill, they told me they could not email me a receipt. But then I asked to mail me a receipt, they said yes, but never got the receipt in the mail. I went in today 4-4-25 with my receipt from Oct. 2024 which showed I paid the copay, the lady said "just ignore the bill, NO explanation as to why I received the bill. I would not say this is a professional environment. I have no issues with the doctors, they seem to be true professionals, it the staff members who I have issues with. Therefore, I have moved on to another eye doctor NOT AFFILIATED WITH THIS BUSINESS. Many of my family and friends have also left this practice for the reasons I have cited above.
